Well, you wear it, and as you walk around doing whatever you doyou get arrows. There are 2 of these packs. The "Attracter" collects iron arrows, knives, darts, bars, etc. The "Accumulator" collects steel arrows, knives, bars, etc. I like mine... it's quite useful.

Get 99 smithing, herblore, prayer, and/or firemaking. And Get cooking to get the capes trimmed. For Smithing, use Gold with the Gold Gauntlets from Family Crest. For Herblore, buy the Herbs/Vials/2nds from players. For Prayer, buy dragon bones and use them on a friends/your guilded altar. For Firemaking, buy maple logs and burn them. And Cooking, buy/fish monkfish till 80, then use Cooking Gauntlets and sharks. These are how I'd raise those skill if I were rich.

I'm always on 99, unless KQing or at some other thing with a friend.

Probably P2P, but I'm not biased against F2P. The quest will involve firemaking. I thought about the decay thing. I don't thing that's needed.
