no actually your wrong there. That was an april fools joke of 2006, and the quest was released much much earlier...so how could he be talking about something taht wasn't around yet. For F2p I would say runecrafting because it is very slow, and most altars are quite far from banks. The only way to really get good it is air running but that can be quite expensive. -Bloodangel

Dragon Slayer is long and boring rather than hard, but it gets my vote because it is the hardest F2P quest and I am F2P :D. -Bloodangel
