Wooo tutorials! :thumbsup: Good stuff... my only problem is that i have photoshopt cs and alot of the tuts are for like photoshopt 6 and stuff... I keep messing things up when i try and convert over to cs :-k

Nazgul doing photoshop sigs? zomg what has the world come to...? Anyway i decided that since i have cs i shouldn't let it go to waste so i started to play around with it today... I completely bsed my first render so i decided to play with brushes and difference clouds... I actually came out with somthing thats really simple yet imo looks nice... I lable it springs... I also have another version that doesn't have text yet to make sure that i select the right kind of text for this baby! ---- So i went and started looking for some tutorials thanks to runemestas (spelled your name wrong? :ohnoes: ) urgings... This is my second sig, decided to use a render... downloaded eh some 6 packs of brushes those things are flameing awsome... so here we are C\C is really appreaciated \ 1st ever :-w 2nd 3rd Just done today

mm i wanted him to have high cheak bones... i wasn't sure how to effect that without showing it :ohnoes:

WOW nice ice effect man... looks transparent... its really nice imo (ive never been able to do ice) Flames look good also... However if you really really want the killer sig i think you do... I really suggest rethinking your anatomy... If you want i could give you some sketchs but quite frankly your anatomy does need an overhaul... Also, I'm not sure how old you are but the phrase "I will come for you" probably isn't somthing you want in ya sig... (could refer to something sexual) I would say somthing like I will hunt you... I would also rethink that sky... here is a link to a freaking awsome sky tutorial.... @#$% me i can't find it... jeesh wonder what happend to it... I would head over to rsc they have a whole board of tutorials for pixel artists... :thumbsup:

yap death piles are always random for me... a gut beside me got the guth helm in a death pile... and while i got 700k worth of stuff after and he got nothing... it still shows it pays to think first while randomly clicking

The guy who made that is a frequint poster on runescape community... contact the admins of that site and see what they can do...

Do you use the method of hollowing out space for things like ears... nose eyes... or do you add clay to create throse things?? Whenver i sculpted i used the method of (i guess you could call it) addition to create anatomey on the sculpture... When you do this it prevents you from having space where it isn't really needed... such as having eyebrows like an inch above the eyes... :-w

Its when you take the guys face from "300" and pop it into other pictures... there are some really good ones out there right now... I'll see if i can find em

Erm thanks for pratically coping the text from my sig... your cool :roll: nah lol its ok... I kinda would like it changed... but i mean i don't view it as ripping or anything... really its up to you... It might be cool it you changed the text to like... greek or somthing and had fear the magic in greek :shock: I was thinking about doing that with my sig but I afraid ill ruin it if i try... (all one layer)

Ok well with that new piece its pretty obviously that you can pop out trees on demand :... I guess i was wrong about you ripping and all it just seems so odd with the leaves up there looking rather... well :uhh: If you don't mind me giving a few crits... I really liked how on the old trunk there was that nice hollow half way up.. the new piece doesn't emphasize that spot as much... I would add a touch of black to there to give the perception of depth... Your bottom roots look too smooth... With a bg and such it wouldn't matter but just on a white bg I would sharpen the end a tad... Thats about it atm... nice to see some people back on tip.it with pixeling skill :D

Those lower moutains don't look so hot... they appear to me that you started to just draw triangles and work of that #-o the upper moutain looks much better imo i would modle the others after that one....

To me it looks like block colors over a photo or graphic.... then shadeing where it was in the photo or graphic... care to tell WHY you think it wasn't traced... Sorry if i am missing some basic fundamental thing here but imo that is what it looks like... feel free to tell me why i'm wrong :-w

ya sadly you are right... Pixel work here hasn't been on par for a long time

I do appreciate your imput, but I do not plan on changing the pallete, I am trying to keep a low color count, and the rest of the colors I will need I am saving for AA and the hair. IN fact, I am quite fond of the pallete, but I still apreciate your comment. Not a problem... It is YOUR piece of work...
