Wow alot of fast runners here! I'm in my school crosscountry team but most races are around 5km, and my personal best is 19:39, but my main events are 10kms and half marathons. 10km: 39minutes half marathon: 1hour 32 minutes,which was from last year when I was 15 , hoping to get it down to around 1 hour 25 in Bath Half-marathon this coming march.

Im quite into swimming but I'm not brilliant in it, since I never got into properly big competitions, but here are my times: 50m F 26.98 100m F 59-1'00 200m F 2'09 (favourite event) 400m F 4'35 200m Backstroke 2'32 200m butterfly 2'36 Also did a 30minute swim occasionally, best was 2293m

hmmmm..... I'll buy all dragons plushie (Green, Blue, red, Black, KBD, Bronze, iron, steel, mith), All Barrows Brother Action Figure in a model battle field full of vampyres, werewolves and shades etc. Then Maybe i'll also need a runescape coffee mug :)

wow, i already found the ancient dungeon with mith dragons already too challenging, but now releasing a dungeon with even stronger monsters??! :shock: And also, they new player updates looks seem pretty cool.

well, i lost about 21kg in about 6 months, so i might have some good advise for you. 1. Don't drink any soft drink. I haven't drank a drop for a whole year. 2. Do lots of excercise. Jogging is by far the best way to lose weight, even though i mostly swim alot and play rugby. 3. This one is the most important : Have good determination!!! 4.Do not skip meals and hope you might lose some weight, Eat 3 meals a day. Healthy meals too! Hope you success! And always remember advise No. 3!!!!! :D

Well, today, i was in fally park world 2, trying to buy full verac for 4.3mil. Of course, there was loads of scammers using 2 skirt trick. they tried it on me, but i decliened it because it know it was a scam. Well anyway, there was this scammer that caught my attention. He was yelling "free super sets!!!!show item in inventory in trading screen to show how much space you have!!!!!" And i think to myself that those super sets would be useful for me to use it for barrows using full verac. So i traded him. i showed him that i've got 4.3mil. Then he put up all those super set with one inventory space empty. So i quickly clicked accept without knowing that i forgot to remove the 4.3mil #-o Then without checking the second trade srceen, i clicked accept again #-o #-o Oh well, i hav to earn all that 4.3mil by slayer darting in barrows now. wish me luck in getting a guthan spear :) :D

just one quick question, i was thinking should i buy d square , or torage legs + body, or should i buy full verac?

i always skip Blk Demons ( take too long) , Metal Dragons ( wasting too much money) Dagannoth (dont hav a canon) But i do like fire giants, hellhounds and trolls, i find them fast slayer exp.

i dont think that there will be another twist in the plot, since, im quite sure since everybody in the tyras camp is a panic state about the evil force and king tyras dead and telling us to flee etc. btw, is mourner's end and roving elves part of the plague city series?

well, remember when u try to enter the castle, the elf tell u that its best to help Luthas first, but really that you are helping the good elfs that are tryin to stop the evil elfs. So i think when you start the next part, it might be like this: King Luthas have found out that that there are a secret dungeon under Tyras camp and only Tyras guard are allowed to enter. So King Luthas send you as a spy and enter the Tyras guard dungeon.

well about yesterday, the tyras helmet was released and lots of people are trying to buy them, and i was thinking, is jagex giving us a hint that the next part of regicide is going to release soon and we have to diguise as tyras guards? Post your thoughts here.
