  1. Just because supply increases, doesn't mean prices go down. Think about it: with a blood altar, demand will skyrocket; the easier things are to get, the more we want 'em. If demand skyrockets, that means, either:prices go up, OR prices stray the same. Too many buyers for them to go down. Or, we could all luck out and prices will drop. (If you noticed, this post is on the assumption that prices will rise.) Back to what I was saying... If the demand goes up, then people will want to make more, right? More opportunities for cash, eh? To make more, you need more essence. So then the essence market will change, which affects all other member's craftable runes, which would probably raise the price on normal ess (which it seems has dropped to 20 ea for the time being. yay!), just because the market is expensive-itizing.....er...ness.. :anxious: ..z0rz. Please correct me if anything said in this post/thread is horrifcly wrong/stupid.
  2. Well, just throwing in an idea here: Everyone(hyperbole) is talking about this theoretical blood altar, due in the near future, possibly this week. I'd like to point out that this will have some economic ramifications: It will drive essence prices up. Which, in turn, will drive rune prices up; which mill mostly kill the fletch-and-high-alch business. It would be interesting to see chaos's go up in price.... which could possibly affect the price of furies(since chaoses are the main source of them, if chaos prices go up, people will sell their runes rather than cash 'em in at tzhaar). That, or blood prices will go down. But probably the former. So, if the former does occur; which it should; then wouldn't it be a great idea to invest a lot of cash into pure ess*. Yeah, just throwin' in some ideas over here. If you agree, post and comment; if you disagree, still post and comment. *-which will drive the prices even higher... mwahahaha! note: matziv means situation
  3. nice one... but chinchompas have these horn things.. they're like warthog-chinchillas; wartchillas.
  4. you cast ice barrage far too close to your target and it backfires, leaving you a helpless icicle. Then, for the next few hours, you stand there, writhing in pain, because you are not frozen enough too pass out, but too frozen to not be in pain. You then notice your body starts turning black. Finally, yes finally, you get thawed and roll out on the ground free, free at last. You get up, jump and celebrate your life. Freedom, yes freedom from your icy prison! And then you get hit by a car.
  5. darn.. I was hoping I could rc some easy stuff and make some cash, oh well.. I'll stick to laws or something
  6. Go Ard_Choille!!! I have the same goal as of now, a work in progress
  7. huh? I was asking how much can I sell a body rune to the Tzhaar shop, and how much GP can I sell an onyx gem for. Sorry for being vague...
  8. Well, i'm going to be training runecrafting sooner or later, and I just need to know about 3 things: 1)How much tokkul do bodies sell for? 2)How much tokkul do cosmics sell for? 3)How much does an onyx gem sell for? Thanks for the help, guys..
  9. I'm probably going to keep them, because I don't see any buying activity on tip.it or the official forums..
  10. hm.... well, that ain't good; I need someplace to put those 1.1k normal chinchompas.. may as well use 'em, right?
  11. yeah, but maybe just for food, because that may matter when deciding what food to take for agility training, or any time you need to run... [hide=side point]Hope I'm not hi-jacking this thread..[/hide]
  12. gee, you guys should also try and add item weights... It may come in handy some day.
  13. well, I think I might be keeping some of them... Anyone know how much normal chinchompas go for?
  14. Well, I'm currently training hunter, up til 70. The problem is, should I keep the chinchompas I hunt or sell them? I am not in any way rich, so the money would help, but by keeping them, I eliminate the need for arrows. So, should I keep or sell 'em? And, if I should sell them, for how much?
  15. You completely misunderstood the whole post... It's is NOT impossible as you would know if you had been reading the the replys... It would end up being around 80 hours with the time needed to bank the juice and then you would have to try and turn them in withen an hour to get to 99 and its 84k xp per full load of juice... Next time instead of making an ignorant post try and read some mmk? I don't know what world you live in where there are 80 hours in a day. Where we live there are 24 hours in a day since that's what the post's original thread said and that is what I was referring to. When 1 speaks of the length of time for leveling a skill, it includes everything from gathering the necessary supplies be it the glasses/squirks for thieving or collecting/buying all the mage logs and strings for fletching. Not the actual action of cashing in the squirks. So please think before you say I'm ignorant because anyone can see who the ignorant one is. how many times do people have to say this? It's all for the novelty of gaining 13 million experience in a day.....
  16. How long does it take to take a new glass off the shelf? Do you just click, or is it like taking stuff from those crates in the Port Sarim food store? Also, if anyone did this, they'd end up with 64 farming from 1... (420,000xp)
  17. I think it's great because of the time-zoning differences I hope they stand strong. =D> =D> =D>
  18. I'm gonna starts working on ranged too. Mwuahaha baby blue slayer is me! Anyone else like drinking choclate milk I know I do lol.
  19. If ya want the cheap way out I'd advise making granite fireplaces of doom decent exp, and if ya want 99 mining too lol you could mine your own ores, otherwise oaks are the way to go.
  20. yeh ever since they added exp into the mini-game it has become an awsome way to train.
  21. 8-) Back to that clan/guild whatever ya want to call it topic, do you think JaGEX should start to work more in those areas? (As if they dont have enough on there hands, they have already gone down to the level of sending P2Per's automated messages :uhh: :ohnoes: :uhh: :ohnoes: , that's new ...)
  22. yes, by the way how does this idea I suddenly spasmed out of my head sound? It could be kinda cool, clan support must begin!
  23. If I didnt say it before I mean to now, RS neeeds better clan support, it can become an even larger aspect of the game. Imagine, a new type of POH, a clan headquarters, different sizes, themes hundreds of new items for clans, new clan games, all that fun stuff. (P.S clan, guild, whatever ya wanna call a group of people in the game who want to have fun together.)
  24. Skilling can be very fun... at first after like level 85 it kinda gets lame that when mini-games can help
  25. Gotta agree with ya there, although if I'm not mistaken I heard somewhere thinking is good for you, but that doesnt matter, pking is more fun but more risk be careful!
