Looks really good :D Except i noticed you missed 2 things.. Not to be mean, but.. 1: no skulls :-s (kinda need this :wink: ) 2: Make it look like i'm using ice burst a little? Like when you use it from a distance it looks like water kinda going through the air.. (If you can't make it look good like that it's still good) Oh don't worry, i only posted the charachters. I'll add the skulls and magic stuff in later. (The ice would look much better made in flash)

In my opinion, the whole thing is too sharp, and i honestly can't tell whether it's a photo manip or an abstract. Text is ok, and i guess there isn't really anything else wrong with it.

sorry axe.. but no to the above. thick lines is a style you can't tell what style they should do. (this also applies with the anime shizzle you said :wink: ) Might i add that thick lines usually look good Anti-Aliased, unless pulled off properly :wink:. Also in CC we don't tell/demand what the artist should do, we offer our knowledge in making it better. Hence, "You might want to consider". 8-) Anime is widely accepted, you're just one of the haters whose opinion has little effect on others :)

Here, some people don't really have mercy on you because it is your "First". I am one of those people. Please don't back yourself up with the excuse of "It's my first time" because not a lot of people care, and I'm just being honest with you. Just accept your rating, learn from advice given to you, and move along. High ratings don't necessarily mean anything on this board either. I still think it's a nice fake though, just trying to give you advice on how this community works :wink:

Kenshin's (Himura) face looks a little messed up... :D Kamiya doesn't look exactly as i remember... hmmm. Jikiri's sword looks a little big, and she should be sitting a little more on his shoulder imo. Nice job overall, my favorite part of this is really the coloring, i just love how the ropes look so authentic :D . (Cept... you forgot the traditional pink robe for Himura!! >_<)

PS: might want to take that "-" off before the 7/10, it looks like a negative. Try replacing it with a ":" :wink:

Asterisk belongs after the typed in text level - 154 should have black text underneath it, not slightly darker red. Make the cow standing up with a great axe, THAT would be hillarious to me :D (diablo secret cow level ftw..) 7/10

umm its a fake .... :wall: I know that! lol, i was joking!!! :wall: -.- As much as i would like to believe you, i don't. :) Very well put together fake, but like misterxman said, you should have made the ranged armor in a separate thing :D

You might want to consider thinning out your lines, learning anime, just because it's so gosh darn cool, and not using the shape tool so often. It's a nice effort, but everything is blocky and the drawings are iffy.

Yes, i don't like the way permissions are set up either, it's great that you can customize every little permission- but you have to set them all, and that becomes a pain. Well i've begun to dig a little bit into phpBB3's files and made some small modifications to it to make my phpBB3 test board look a little neater. Just trying to get used to the feel now- though it's hard to use phpBB2 again after coming back from phpBB3 :XD: You can view the test board here.

That is what i'm not sure about. I'm sure that phpBB wouldn't simply say "Now you have to trash your old boards and convert to phpBB3", but i guess why it's the BETA release. The final probably won't be available until later this year though.

phpBB3 is in it's BETA stage right now, but it comes with a lot of nice features (the feature list makes up for the fact that there are no MOD's available for it at the moment). You can find the featurelist Here. Anyway, upon its final release, would TIF consider switching over? I know this would cause some problems such as users not being familiar with Olympus (phpBB3) settings and config, but maybe set up a test board or something? It would certainly get rid of the many inactive accounts... too bad you can't just back up your database then transfer it into the new forum... Just a thought.

1. I don't know, evil chicken? 2. Move your character in the center so that you can center the text... 3. Save as a .PNG file. Never as anything else. 4. Put an asterisk after U then. Also, the 75 doesn't look real. Try using the RuneScape font for that as well.

It's nice, but you should make something bigger next time instead of playing it safe with something small.

I realize your animation was very basic and took no less than 2 minutes, but if you would like to see some of my animation, you could always visit my Movie's page. Oh animation for sigs... right... well it's not like it's hard to do and i didn't say your sigs were bad, i just said they weren't all that special. Ignoring the decent part- my art isn't everybody's cup of tea, and it would be egotistical to say it was.
