In his notes, Movario says it could be Valator or Vasador and he was from the Fremminik Province.... None of them where the name of the guy in the cutscene, he looked like a fremminik guy tho :? During the cutscene I right clicked the guy and his name was Vasador I think.. I seem to remember it having an s in the middle. Anyway that must be someone around lunar island as that's where magic was first discovered right?

I think that guy was just the original discoverer of the Stone.. From what i've gathered Saradomin used the Stone of Jas / Eye of Saradomin in the God Wars to boost his power in an attempt to destroy Zamorak.

I tried to read through the knowledge base guide... And didn't understand a thing of how to play this minigame. Tbh the rewards look pathetic so I think i'll spend my time getting agility up for the new quest!

I thought Thanksgiving was about saying thanks to the Native Americans who gave food shelter etc to the early settlers. Then the settlers repaid their debt by killing them all and stealing their land... :shame: On the subject of this Grandioso Quest... Just the time for me to rejoin members, and make sure everything is at 70. And then get all the easy skills up to 80, (cooking, woodcutting, fletching etc). I'm pretty sure the reqs will be 70+ and almost all the quests leading up to this moment. I'm also hoping its a prequel to the 150th. Unless that turns out to be MEP3...

I find it funny that he thinks that pvp is aimed at men.. Since when do women not like to tear each others hair out and smack someone with a scimitar?

If you read it all, I think Zamorak was going after the Stone of Jas to help beat Saradomin, because he was losing in the war at that time. But the spirit never reached there. Also the names in the story are anagrams because the person can remember very well. Zamorak and Guthix are named in anagrams but saradomin is just referred to as "blue".

Yes misplaced graphic. I fail to see what's so hard to understand about it. Mine cart #1 with Daeyalt examine gets put in place where Mine cart #2 should have gone. Bearing in mind this was after the graphics update where so much stuff got messed up. So that 100k , wanna junk trade it to me? :thumbsup:

DRAGONDRAGON OMG. *ahem* I don't see why people are so intent on bringing in every single storyline they can possibly get their hands on into his quest. Thinking it over, I can't see why on Runescape the elves/gnomes/vampires would be in it. To clear something up. If Jagex had intended the Daeyalt Mine Cart in the Mourners HQ to be a hint it would still be there yes? But it's not, so clearly a misplaced graphic. Elves = NOT IN THIS QUEST. Nor will there be Vampires. I really hate to piss on your kids bonfire but it just isn't feasible to pull every single storyline into one. The Vampires are more concered with collecting blood and trying to kill the Myreque without going for the stone of jas. That Goblin storyline is possible, due to Zaniks connection with the Tears of Guthix, maybe she reacts to the Stone? who knows.. All in all.. I think it's just going to pull together all the small but impressive hints Jagex have been putting into the game for ages now. Maybe not such a continuation of storylines, but a mere needing of having done a few quests in order to progress through this new quest/epic story. Pretty sure it won't release Priffdinnas. Infact 100% sure. Jagex fail at the elfs. =[

I can't see this quest needing MEPII to start it. The elven storyline hasn't been touched / had anything added to it in years, and for all intents and puporses is dead. Or the Vampires. Drakan was a soldier for Zaros if I remember, but I think they're keeping themselves to themselves. The Guthix Edicts thing is probably another storyline. This new quest is 99% about the Stone of Jas, which is probably hidden somewhere underneath the Tears of Guthix. I'm hoping it gets stolen in some epic battle where you the WOM, Elriss and Juna battle those strange people in the Agility Course, and anyone else looking for it. Then its off to Baba Yaga to learn more about it, since the Moonclan are more adept and know more about Magic than anyone else. Then after a massive runescape hunt you learn it's gone north.. Round up the 8 masters or whatever Hazelmere said, go up to the icelands which are still black on the map. Epic epic battle. Loads of allies die. You're in some uber-guthix clothing Juna has given you. .. Here's to hoping. And 70+ in all skills as a req. I'm working towards that now =]
