This is the most amazing update from Jagex since ever.

^ They changed the praying against melee + breath thing ages ago. Try and kill them now with no ele/mind/dfs shield. I dare you.

Hazeel was a Mahajarrat right? I think they were way after the first humans. Guthix was the only god at the time. Settlements in the desert hadn't begun, and it was.. Erm the god who begins with a T who brought the Mahajarrat into Runescape right? Or one of the desert gods before they deserted and went to Zaros. So I don't think its Hazeel.

^ That elf hasn't travelled back in time. The elves came from a world unknown, guided by Seren through their own 'World Gate'/Portal in the first age. They stayed in Tirannwin for a while and then ventured east over the mountains, the elf you see is one from the first age who has just discovered humankind for the first time. The city isn't deserted.. It's just that Jagex haven't put any graphics into Priffdinnas yet.

The family say in the quest that they were practically the only family to settle in the west (Kandarin), and since the Elves come from just west of Kandarin, the family would've been the first humans the elves would see. We can probably date this is someone can be bothered to go through all the Elven text in Lletya. Most importantly, is she teleporting back to Priffdinnas? Please igve us that tele Jagex! And open the fricking city as well...

Guthix brings people into world. Teaches Balance. Guthix gets le tired and needs a nap. Other gods come in and screw everything up. aka Godwars. Guthix wakes up, probably hungover and not in the mood for all the shouting.

I quite liked this quest. You have to remember that a huge quest like RdF, DT or MEPII probably takes up to a year to create. They can't dish them out every week.

Humans were definately around for the God Wars. The first humans came through that portal before Saradomin and Zamorak made their presence known. And the God Wars centered around them, Armadyl, Bandos, Zaros etc etc.

I didn't get 12, 11, 10, 9, 6 or 5.. Must be a random choice from any of them. And I had a clue in lvl 27 Wildy, North of the bandit camp, and just to the east of the Tele-Pad.

Someone on RSOF posted that there is no special reward. And that the key just "stops responding" or something. I made the rsof thing. : A bit of elf content at last! I don't think they time travelled, cause when I saw the first one teleport away it was just a normal style teleport. not the rings around the body.

Has anyone else seen a teleporting NPC in the new quest called Haluned? I think it looked like an elf.. and the name is elfish.

^ Someone with sense. The Elves never ventured far enough east to have any contact with Morytania / the Vampyres according to the Runescape Books. and vice versa. All this is clutching at straws.

...And if you haven't been listening to me, the mine cart is probably a mistake of Jagexs part after the graphical work over.

I think you answered your own question here: Jagex claim the Grand Exchange is a player driven economy, however they set initial prices for things like masks + the top hat obviously too low for what they will be worth in the rush to own one, so players resort to Junk Trading and forcing the price up as high as it will go.

It depends of how you define finishing a quest, personally its finished whenever I get the reward screen now. Whether or not it's part of a quest storyline doesn't really matter. West Ardounge has approximately 3 uses, selling your precious feline friends, one map clue, and the entrance to the Temple of Light dungeon. I really do wish they'd finish or atleast bring out the next part of the Plague City saga, the Temple of Light is the only quest which i've had any major problems on (the handholds section), and it needs a worthy sequel. Hopefully not another Catapult Disaster, although i'm pretty sure that will come in handy when we try to storm Priffdinnas in 2012.

I mean that there are lots of styles of mine carts across rs, i think. or if not then.. mine cart #1 is for the dwarven mines and has a normal/no examine. mine cart #2 is for the daeyalt mines and has the special examine. jagex in their infinite wisdom have probably messed up during the recent graphics change. one of their many accidental changes. and for your questions.. "What are the elves and Vampyres plotting? Why do elves need the Daeyalt ore? Why are Vampyres helping the elves?" What part of your imagination did you pull this from? No elf has ever talked about Vampires, daeyalt ore, and vice versa. Two words. Straws, Clutching.

I'm quite sure the explanation is Jagex simply put the wrong cart into the Mourners area. I assume each item has a specific examine related to it, so they probably put in cart#1 where they meant to be put cart#2. for example. Besides Mourners + Vampires have Nothing to do with each other, and no other evidence ingame has shown such.
