I liked the idea but next time, they need to make something like the Stealing Creation tools with a with a multiplier/timer depending on which skill you do. Just so not everyone does summoning/herblore. Something so it's equally balanced so you can't get massive xp in one skill in almost no xp in another. Voted 2nd btw.

Fire Surge = 280 (according to the Knowledge Base) 15% + 21% + 15% = 51% 280 * 1.51 = 422.8 422.8 + 40 (Fire Cape applied after % boosts, assumption since that's how Ferocious Ring works) = 462.8 462.8 * 2 = 925.6 If each bonus is applied separately, thus stacking them for greater effect, 280 * 1.15 * 1.15 * 1.21 = 448.063 448.03 + 40 = 488.03 488.03 * 2 = 976.06 This is strange, since when I tried it, I hit a 980 too... but it seems both of our max hits are impossible according to the number's Jagex gave us. o.O Fire cape is +80 when you use magic. But it still isn't right... Also, I use the same bonuses and my max is also 986.

This has happened before a few times. I remember people asking on forum asking what was going on. They were all scared when they though they had all been hacked. Turned out to fix after like 30 minutes or so.

Yeah, Starting games that have trophy support doesn't seem to work for almost everyone with phat.

That is because you either have a playstation 3 slim or one of the 30% or so unaffected by the glitch in the old model. The firmware problem is generated because the old version of playstation 3 (the 60gb and some 80gb/40gb) had their inner clock/calender set to today being 29/2-2010. Seeing as that date doesn't exist the playstation reset itself to a earlier date. In my case 1/1-2000 This bug caused all online content like trophies, dlc, and other downloaded games not working. I can also report that any game that has trophy support doesn't even work to play offline because the game can't register the trophy system and therefor it shuts off. Sometimes if you also try to start a game with trophy support (in my case Borderlands) all trophies will disappear in your trophy list. But don't worry, the trophies are bound to your psn acc and you shouldn't be affected. Well, if anyone have any other questions I might be able to answer them.

1. It wasn't fake. I even have a short .avi file with it showing how it's done. 2. It could be done with any bolt, not just dragon bolts, they are more common then Onyx bolt and more expensive then Diamond bolts so they were the main target. 3. If you still believe it was fake. Just go to the Fletching subforum on rsof, a few pages back you will see a big amount of hidden threads. These are all the threads where people would sell the bolts.

I assume you just cast the enchant bolt spell on bolts that are already enchanted and that happens?... It's more complicated then that.
