But lightning all 4 seems to weaken him, making you hit more. They will go out after a bit, so relit them. He has 2 different attacks what I saw. One standard magic attack, dealing magic damage, so have magic prayer on. He then has a 2nd attack, he will create a purple sphere around himself, and after a second he jumps dealing 500+ damage, but only when you're in melee range, so when he do it, run away. After you have defeted him, he will spawn another weaker version of himself. Mine was level 122. It's the same as the first but weaker. Hope this info helps a bit.

The keys are used to open the strange Mithril door next to the mithril dragons. In there you activate the lava smith to make the dragon platebody. The rock climb to get to the lava smith has always been open since the release of wgs. You should be able to get the key parts again if you go back to where you got em.
