You can now get scarabites as slayer task. I just got a task consisting of 84 scarabites. You can kill scarabs, rangers, mages, lancers and all the other scarabites inside the new dungeon, the contact dungeon and outside at the new swamp-like area east of sophanem. I'm not sure whether killing the following monsters contribute to your task: dried zombies (at the new plateau)* skeletons (at the new plateau)* mummies (at the new plateau)* scarab larvas (inside the new dungeon) *These do drop scarabite notes though, so they might be scarabites too

wow, you really got yourself stuck there. Can't you teleport away? (homeport if you can't do it otherwise) You'll get away anyway. If you wait long enough you'll die of thirst. Let's hope it doesn't come to that.

nice idea!!! I would love to do some archeology. But i think you need more 'ancient' objects. For example: ancient pottery. You will have to collect all the pieces and put them together like a jigsaw. When you put a whole piece together you'll receive bonus exp and you can sell it to the museum. Another example: Ancient armor. This armor is very rare and have to be repaired (at your house or something). Then it can be sold or be used as armor, but beware, it will decay like a crystal shield does. I really like your ideas about the fossils, but it would be great if you could dig up whole skeletons of ancient dragons and more extinct animals. You would have to collect all the bones of a creature, polish the bones and put it together. Then it can be sold at the museum for gp + prayer exp, or you can use it as decoration in your house (who doesn't dream of a huge boney dragon in your own house?) This way it will be possible to learn some things about runescape's interessting history. And after all, that's what archeology is about.

if the chance of getting a Dchain from a single DD is 1/20000 then you have to kill more than 45K devils to have a chance of more than 90% to get a dchain

i heard they only give little exp for killing them, does anyone know if this is fixed already? otherwise, it would be a nice place o train some ranged and herblore:P

if you want quick gp now, use nat crafting. But if you want quicker gp and are willing to wait a little, use runite mining.

use manage thy kingdom to get tree seeds. If you sell the other stuff youll get the tree seeds are free :D
