I think it might go something along the lines of magic. Maybe a new addition such as lunar or ancients? I don't really see the need for another magic, but it's possible :-k

I don't think PC really helps all that much while leveling. Sure it will help when you receive the points, but it takes a while for the points to accumulate. I'm currently slaying (111 Fire Giants, woohoo!) and the xp isn't too much different...

I haven't seen a single person with 3rd age since I became a member...

99 is really frustrating for me. I've been trying to get it for a while now and I keep veering off at tangents. When I get 99 wc though, I'm expecting to feel a little happier than usual, but it's not going to be that great. After that day, I'll just play like I normally do, although I'll probably rub the fact that I'm 99 in something into people's faces, but that doesn't really count...

Although you don't really notice much of a difference between small increments, they will add up and you will see the change.

Although this is a pretty short guide, you might want to elaborate more on the steps, maybe make little notation in your picture to tell the readers what section everything is in. This is a good idea, but if you do not want to do slayer, Minotaurs or Flesh Crawlers are good to train on in the Security Stronghold. The area around Flesh Crawlers is usually empty and if you look around the minotaur level, you will be bound to find a nice area for yourself. If you want food, you can always fish right outside the stronghold.

swiftswitch is illegal in rune and on forums. They fixed swiftswitch so now it's legal. You just need to make sure it's the new version. I usually look for worlds that have around 1100-1400 players. These worlds tend to have a nice amount of high level players because noobs are usually attracted to worlds with 1500-1900 and worlds with only 1000 people usually are empty for PC. But of course I've only been a member for... 3 days...

I count and click on three... So I'd go with around 2 and a half.

Slayer is actually pretty good money depending on what assignments you get. They will drop different items so You can't really so it's bad money :| Yeah, Hunter is really easy to level up, but there isn't much money behind it.

Although Jagex has made some annoying updates, they are all an attempt (some failed while others helped) to destroy and rid the macroers. Jagex has put this game together very nicely and it is well balanced unlike other games I have played. I'm sure this game will continue to be popular for a few more years.
