Not many pkers go there because it is not worth their time. Usually only people with 4 items or less go there so that they can get a little prayer experience. It is same for you to finish your clue in my opinion.

I would probably go with flesh crawlers at your level. Bring some feathers and a fly fishing rod and head over to barbarian village. Fish around 3/4 load of salmon and trout and then head down to the security stronghold. I'm not sure how much the flesh crawlers will hit on you, but you will get constant combat for a nice while. Then once you run out of food, just head back up and get some more fish. This is a really good method for most levels although there aren't many good drops.

I would suggest training your combat with slayer.

I would suggest going with willows. A good place is the barbarian assult sillows shown in this guide. I found south west of catherby and north of seers bank good places to chop too if you wanted some more locations.

I get that feeling when I open up my bank and I have a nice round number in gps such as 2000k or 2100k. I don't know why, but I just hate when I see 2111k especially when it's 1999k

I think the approaching no holiday summer has a little to do with the fall. No one's in the spirit to wear their rares since it is not the holiday to wear the rare... Aka less demand and more supply.

I would choose a skill cape because it would show that you devoted your time to getting a 99 :P
