what an attention grabbing title, my speach teacher would have been impressed(i think) but its kind of a negative anger in-dosing(sp?) title... that seems like it would only start controversy. i dont talk down to player like 79-75 combat and under... unless they are jerks or annoy me. any1 between like 80 and 110 i talk down to anyway, because they are usually full of them selves. thats just how i am. i dont honestly care if it makes me a bad person, i know what i do and i know the negative aspects of this or that. ill make up for it somewhere else.

It takes skill to get a fire cape, and time to get a skill cape. whats odd is some people will argue with you about how clicking a screen takes no skill. which if you think about it... really it doesnt take much if any. in raw terms of skill i dont see runescape involving any. but ive had this discussion how to define reaction time with a few friends and other people, reaction time is more like a reflex, but is that a skill? perhaps... but id really call it more of a trait.

what if like... your life @ home is awful and runescape is the only thing u can do. to escape it, say... your beaten by an abusive parent with a drug/alcohol problem regularly and then something terrible happens and your RS stuff is all gone or whatever. i wouldnt want to live if RS was 100 times better then my real life and my whole amazing savior of a game screws me. thats just me tho, and this is a very rare and unlikely but for you to say stuff like that is just idiotic. I'd say that playing it is running away from the problem. If you run from your problems, they'll always catch you. You can only defeat problems by confronting them. I'm not Ok with you. Some people are still playing in that way because they have a lot of problems IRL. Running from these problems is their ideology. They think that the only goal of life is to be happy. They can be happy with RuneScape. They don't need anything else (social, money or sex). You can trust me because.. I was like that a few years ago on StarCraft (in case in which you know it) yea, what he said. if this game truly makes you happy then good for it. some people find happiness and reason to live every day in meaningless things. some people may find happiness in other things that save their lives, be it a spouse or pet friends/family. and running from your problems is just that running, some problems cannot be escaped. i was watching some show where this girls parents were neglecting her(slightly) like i think the parents either had a drug problem or alcohol or actually may have given her to the government to setup a foster home that is better for her, instead her foster parents worked her like a slave and her foster brother molested her on a regular basis. 20 years ago how would you confront that? you be beatened. and DNA and such stuff an all that jazz werent what they are today even if the police ever did investigate. its just basis survival knowledge, fight or flight. cant win dont fight. get away.

the thing that honestly baffled me about this was the fact that you did not even post the entire article in the first place. it was like a spark to start the questioning. i understand you didnt write the article. and i find things that can not be precise when talking about stuff with graphs where it gets into physical visual displays, i want to know what im looking @ and what it represents and the units its measured by. when i did reports and saw, oh wow chili exports 9.5% of the worlds cotton(an example because i dont know or care.) its like wow how big is that on a bar graph and then its like i would want to know how much they export yearly. in terms of weight/yards. honestly, i know of game pro or EGM whoever wrote it(not going back to page1...) is a credible magazine...but still their data is weird. i mean, its a subtle report presented in a elegant done up manner. that infact down right confuses me. just say wow = #1 dont give %'s thats just dumb. be like runescape is #2. then back it up with why and how. not just #'s. its simple and it serves the purpose to throw in #s and %'s and stuff like that is just total filler and stuff to make the games look good. also the way you presented the your interpretation on how you thought it meant, aka it had "this much life left in it" didnt make sence honestly(not just to me) it was logically unsound in the fact that 99.9% you cant get much better then that, and if you did is it noticable? i doubt it. what?? add another weapon? add another 10 max combat lvls? that .1% aint nothing then it would be @ 100% meaning that the health is maxed, and the only way for it to travel is down. or more likely for a time, sideways.

well i wasnt sure about this when i read the part about health meter. i thought i missed something relating it to the % of overweight players/sickly/disabled players of these games or something like that who may have depression and such. but then i found out its like a popularity thing. the thing that gets me, is the %'s. these %'s total up over 100(obviously) so where is the comparison? what doe these %'s represent? thats all im curious about. -City of Heroes/Villians: 10% -EverQuest II: 20% -Ultima Online: 30% -Guild Wars: 35% -Final Fantasy XI: 45% -RuneScape: 60% -World of Warcraft: 99.99% to be honest i hadnt heard of city of heroes, or ultima online. i didnt know FF-11 was a MMO. and i thought guild wars was... well a very small time game. personally id think guild wars was lower then everquest. now we get down to the 2 BIG players. RS and WOW. you have to admit RS cannot stack up to WOW, however its is an alternative and a good one at that it seems. i really wish RS could put up more of a fight and would maybe advertise alot more. because honestly, people think omg, miniclip kids got our community all messed up. well.. think of it as if a larger # of players = better/more updates and economical benefits/negatives. whatever i mean anything that makes me get a better set of armor and a new bow...

Wheres that logic, I was unjustly blackmarked TWO YEARS AGO and I still have all SEVEN AND A HALF out of TEN blackmarks on my account.. Well maybe it just depends what you do... Because I had 4.3 blackmarks last year and now I'm only down to 0.3 And I never appealed for anything. And plus Jagex even said somewhere that if they saw that you haven't commited any offences since the last one your blackmarks would be eventualy removed. If you got pics, that would be sweet, if your being serious, then I won't have to worry about my pesky 1 blackmark :P Unfortunatly I do not take pics of things I am not proud of so I do not have a pic of my 4.3 marks but I can go take a pic of my 0.3 black marks right now but I don't know what good that will do. And hey...Even though my blackmarks were removed, and others say theirs hasn't...I still would just ignore it. Better that then stress about it for forever. well in theory if your good for a years worth of time since you last offense i could see that making a black mark go away.. but thats about it, any thing under a year is a little... well short honestly.

im almost certain black marks do not go away... i never actually heard any1 say that they do. hm, i checked my black marks... seems that i used to have 3.0 and now have 2.0. i guess i might actually have to credit you with educating me. you sir, really got me. im going to take a pic and keep it on my computer in case something like this comes up again and see if it gets removed.

why isnt this a poll? just struck me as you could compile a list of 10 quests then be like, if any other quest. post about it.

thats amazing... ive seen barrows armor on the ground without it being broken... and it wasnt that day it was released it was 8 months after it was released. and it may not explain its defense capabilities but it hints to things that are brittle such as concrete. when you pour concrete on the ground you can drive over it with 50 ton tanks for 20years or more on a regular basis and it will do nothing but maybe cause minor cracks that even the simplest of brick layers could patch with mortar and a trowel. how does that relate? well when use properly like i described above it is resilient and strong durable and considerably superior to alot of things in more ways then 1. now if you took a sold concrete block and started pounding on it with a hammer, you do a 10,000th of the pressure of a tank? and ull break it? or if you hoisted it on top of 2 pillars 1 end of the block each being held up by different pillars. the center of it could not hold much weight... maybe a ton?

lost city.. has to be.. it was out b4 RS2...so probably one of a few original members quests. and has the useful weapons. mainly DD now, but Dlong before was like the best we had to use, and since the whip was the best weapons like 4 years after the dlong's release it held a considerable price over the dlong. scimmy probably down played the quest tho that 1 that gives u climbing boots to... alot of pures tend to use those for their melee garbage.
