Soreness does not always indicate an effective workout. As long as you're progressing it shouldn't be a problem. If you're looking to obtain that ever so sweet DOMS once more then do exercises that you hate or neglect. Progress in those exercises until you start to plateau out then go back to the exercises you originally did. Changing up rep schemes is also a good way to shock.

Fish are dropping because of bots actually.. Fish are dropping because of legit players. See fishing is very closely linked market, if the price of one fish drops they all do. As you probably know there was an update to make fishing significantly easier f2p, which undoubtedly caused a drop in swordfish and lobster prices. Which heal about as much as monkfish bringing them down, which then brought down sharks and rocktails. Bots may have hurt the situation, but the summerplayers themselves are what really caused the drop. This happens every summer, as a result of more people gathering rather then training production skills Ok lol you just keep believing that. I offered plenty of evidence in the way of it being the summer crash. Do >you< have any evidence that it is being caused by bots? You believe this summer crash is because of legit players. Legit players play a role but so do bots. Unfortunately I've seen both the tip and the bottom of the iceberg and it's not just legit kids fishing their summer away affecting prices.

I've been told not to because they give xp if they're left alive. Is this true or a myth?

I tried the 2h first and then the spear. I hit way more frequently with stab. If I'm lucky to hit a 22 with a 2h, I can easily hit 17-17 with the spear. Thanks for the input everyone.

With maxed att and str. I read the spear is more versatile but not sure if the tradeoff of high crush/str bonus is worth it.

It is because of the rarity and personal opinion on the look. I have yet to see another untrimmed RC cape, so I will do all that I can to keep mine untrimmed forever. I like the look of the trimmed one too, but you only get an untrimmed cape once in your RS career, so I feel like preserving it. I also love the comments I get from people :D Yea I could agree that it has some sentimental value. I just hate my untrimmed def cape. Looks fugly. All it needs is to be trimmed and a nice constitution hood to top it off.

Some people think they look better, but mainly as a status symbol. I really wish I kept my RC cape untrimmed. Well the trim makes them look way better and skillcapes are just one of several status symbols. Leaving it untrimmed hardly contributes to status. Not trying to start an argument with anyone but it's just my opinion and most likely the majority's.

My tank is sporting an untrimmed defence cape. Say I were to get another 99, would the def cape trim automatically or do I have to buy another when I'm p2p once again?

Darts are way faster than knives although knives are stronger. This can be balanced though, at least for training. Because bronze knives are no longer unlimited, they've ballooned up to 75 each. Steel darts sell for 74 each. bronze knife is +3 while steel dart is +4, faster than bronze knives, and relatively the same price. I don't have experience with darts and higher level monsters though. After checking the rs database it says both darts and knives have the same speed which is funny because I can honestly say darts are faster than knives.

There are many exercises you can do alone with your bodyweight, a chair, and a bar if you take the time to search. Alternatively you could join a gym. Putting on mass isn't as simple as you think.

Will slash do the trick or crush? Also scimmy or baxe or 2h?
