*fixed Words of wisdom right there. If this was a rep based forum I'd rep you for life.

The ab machine or whatever you're working with for abs is fine, borderline unnecessary. If you're goal is strength for football then I'd disregard working out since there is literally no power exercises(which mainly involves the core) that you can do with a broken femur. If you want to keep lifting to retain some sort of sanity due to this issue, then chest/back/shoulders/arms would be ideal for you.

Muscle milk is decent. Protein supps in general are good to take along with an anabolic diet. As long as you're on a good program and your diet is decent you're bound to make gains. I'm not a fan of muscle milk because I've found better products that suit me well because of lactose intolerance. Muscle is made in the kitchen, not the gym, and steroids on the other hand is a whole nother discussion. I'll give up creatine and preworkout supps just to keep my protein stocked. It's that big of a staple in my diet.

Ok so what's the problem?

More often than not they're probably leechers. Very easy to tell at the fishing guild and other similar places. flawed stringing script most likely

Seems like both of you just proved my parallel. It's insignificant. So is afking.

Fail Troll. in the uk atleast you can go 5mph over the speed limit without being considered to be speeding due to the fact it is impossible to maintain a 100% steady speed and you can easily drift inbetween speed checks. He was being sarcastic. Still fail because the people he wuld be arresting wuldnt be breaking any law. Speeding in the US is still considered breaking the law even if it's 1mph over you ignoramus. Yes the sarcasm is plentiful because I speed no more than 10 over and don't get pulled. Cops rarely even bother 5 overs.
-
brb making a citizen's arrest on everyone going 1mph over the speed limit, which is most likely... everyone.

Not sure I understand the point of this post. Not sure stereotyping is the answer either.

Just make sure you're winding it up both ways. Slowly rolling it back down isn't necessary but isn't useless. They have a crude one at my gym that I use occasionally. Even with 10lbs on the end it's hella killer on the forearms. Also CoC grips (captain of crush) are also great to use whenever you're bored at your desk. Here's a link if you're interested. http://www.ironmind.com/ironmind/opencms/Main/captainsofcrush.html

here's an article on the basics of westside training: http://www.tmuscle.com/free_online_article/sports_body_training_performance/the_periodization_bible_part_ii;jsessionid=5BA9204D51D0377CCEB933625E2F2054-hf.hydra Similarly I follow methods such as max effort and dynamic effort (explained in the article) while also throwing in volume. The best way to find what works for yourself is to try several programs and see what works for you. I don't really want to throw my routine out there since it's tailored from experience from arnold's push/pull split, ronnie coleman's split and other splits in the past. I currently modified it mainly for hypertrophy since running long distances+strength training isn't working out too well for me since I'm leaving for the Marines soon. I honestly have little to none experience with oly lifts. My gym doesn't carry bumper plates and oly lifting with metal plates is a big no-no. I'm sure it is normal especially at your strength level. For oly lifting, technique > strength, although they go hand in hand. Best advice I can give you on this is to train with someone who is more experienced with oly lifting.

clapping.gif I don't see why you consider a care-free player like myself to be selfish. Maybe because I don't agree with your views? Bots don't directly affect my account so why should I be worried about them? They affect certain aspects of the game, but they don't affect my bank account. They don't affect how I click. They don't affect how I move. They don't affect my goals. Horrible analogy btw. My mind is still blown about how overblown it is.
-
Do I want? No. Do I care? No. I play runescape because I enjoy certain aspects of the game, not because someone is making more money than me or has an advantage.
-
Lol to who? A bunch of whiny children on this forum? Runescape mirrors the real world and there's always going to be people looking to take the easy way out. I'm not concerned. Other people said they're not concerned. It happens. It's happening. Yes it sucks, deal with it.

This. You'd be surprised how mind-blowingly complicated scripts can be..
-
I've seen barraging and bursting in the ape atoll tunnels while I was training str there. No experience with it unfortunately.
-
I wonder how rich I'd be right now if I simply hoarded bronze arrows and knives pre shop update..
-
Maybe have double xp weekends for nonbuyable skills such as: -melee and constitution -runecrafting (possibly) -dungeoneering -agility -thieving -slayer -hunter -mining -fishing -woodcutting -farming (possibly) Hoarding would be minimal if any at all and there would still be a large variety of skills to work with.
-
As greedy and efficient as I am, I'd have to say nay for double exp weekends. Something about the economy and hoarding supplies just really turns me off on the idea.

Current squat is 465lbs (210.9kg) for a single full squat. I've done 5x5 for bench in the past and it's decent for those who enjoy linear progression. My current routine is similar (but not exact or followed to a T) to westside's with max effort days / dynamic effort days but includes enough volume to take me out of the powerlifting realm, and not so far into the bodybuilding realm. My training is mostly instinctive similar to DoggCrapp training, just without the rest pause sets and high reps. I could post you a link to westside's training style or are you interested in my hybrid style?
