Nice hat! What about boonie hats?
  2. Please elaborate. I think I got a scene in my head. But I just want ideas, and if they are being used, the provider gets some 2% credit.
  3. Don't want to do another landscape again. Been doing them too much. :|
  4. Sooo. I've had an art block after my commission, drawing unicorns, gee. Hope I don't need to again. Anyway, I got this thing... [hide=][/hide] Which was the first version, then I decided to evolve them a bit. http://angband.deviantart.com/art/Weird ... -110027211 Turned into that. Then the final test of them: http://angband.deviantart.com/art/Two-W ... -110460967 Ooh the behind one comes again. But the main problem is, I have no idea HOW to use them, in a piece I really want to pull off. Please drop out your ideas. I know they aren't up to MY (as in what *I* want) standards, but shout out anyway. Any ideas is nice too. Edit: NOT looking for C/C. I only want to some ideas, some advice to draw NEXT, using those. Since my head is full of unicorns and rainbows. :twss:

[hide=] http://www.griffintechnology.com/products/nuform Get that for your iPhone, gives better grip, since I always felt mine would slip out of my hand, and you can attach one of those mobile straps on them. :P 0.8mm thin rubber-coated plastic cover made in Japan. I also have a clear version. I like the black one though, as you can't see the accumulated dust. [/hide] Oh right, I got some fat plastic thingy, but so long the phone doesn't slip, and keeps the strap, I'm fine with it. :D Dragon, the hair doesn't weight much, other than that I have to use two hairbands to keep it in a ponytail. :P

Makes me laugh that you only browse this topic for lols and the twilight topic. :P You should get dreadlocks, sue kitsu. :notalk: Had dreads once, and after two weeks, I pulled them out, with no cutting of hair, nothing stays in my hair.

It's good that I never will chop it off to sell it. :D I haven't cut my hair for four-five years now, well I had to cute it once, otherwise it would have been ruined, but it's about 78cm (30 inch) or so now. (:

  13. Because I'm a geek. :twss:
  14. Got Good Omens, and that book is in laces now. :D Bored of the Rings works good too. Read it! Nao!
  15. Neverwhere, by Neil Gaiman. Read it twice or thrice, and still love it. Just done with The Labyrinth by Kate Mosse, again. Both are good books.
  16. I've never heard that about the dock before o.o I know several people who do design professionally, some use Macs, some use Windows, and tbh, "other people use them" is a stupid reason to use them yourself :/ And with your picture: being a bit of a motorhead, and a complete tinkerer when it comes to computers, I wouldn't want a car that "just worked." One of the comments I remember from when that picture was posted on digg/reddit/one-of-those-sites went something like "Yes, but the mac car can only run on mac gas, can only drive on mac approved roads, and to change the oil you have to ship it off to a shop" :P Honestly, they look like sex, but I'd never buy one solely because of the sheer price of the thing and it not being able to play games. Haha, good that picture gave someone some laughter. :D But jeez, why is everyone taking games in the argument? I still wonder about that. Want to hear a secret? I have stashed all of my Mac stuff with the MS X360 games. :P :P :P :P :P :P :P :P :P and tbh, "other people use them" is a stupid reason to use them yourself :/ True that, but now I was speaking on the professional level. What I have said all the time, you use what you like. One of the comments I remember from when that picture was posted on digg/reddit/one-of-those-sites went something like "Yes, but the mac car can only run on mac gas, can only drive on mac approved roads, and to change the oil you have to ship it off to a shop" Heard it before, just in Windows style. Think it was the original. (Mum is still swearing over Vista after a half year. ) Was something about the Windows car only could use Microsoft, but on other roads too, just very, very slowly. The chairs would come in one size, and if you wanted more chairs, you'd have to upgrade to the newest OS and Service pack, then install the chairs etc etc, I can't remember it. :P OP, just use what you feel comfortable with, don't just pick what you think you will like.
  17. I've never understood this one. I run the entire Adobe CS4 Master Collection on Windows and it's no different than on the Macs I use in my design class at school. [hide=][/hide] When you move a program to the dock, it doesn't use any RAM, and speak to any concept artist, and most will say that the Mac is best for arts. But turning this thread, to an OS war is just silly, people use what they like, it's none of your business. OS war is just silly too, only shows that there are no grown-ups. :P Incorrect... Mac computers have come with a 4 button mouse for at least a year. My 9 button G5 costs less than a wired mighty mouse, not to mention better ergonomics and adjustable weights. Want to see that one who still use Mighty Mouse. :P
  18. I own a Mac, and that's why I draw, design and all that all the time, a Mac works best for work, such as design, arts, and stuff like that. But after all, it all comes down to taste, I prefer Mac much more over Windows. *Finds anti-flame shield* So you could walk into a Apple store, pick on their Macs a bit, and try around, they are on, and open for a reason, so you can try out, before you decide what you want. About the games on PC thingy, go for an Xbox, PS3 or whatever, much better than overheating your laptop. :P

damn. i liked the red too. :( Aye, and it was first time I reacted to bleach, so I better be safe than sorry and not touch the hair with bleach for a good long time.
  20. Varda replied to meol's topic in Off-Topic
[hide=][/hide] Fade to black. Red is gone from my hair, due to chemical reasons, last time I tried to bleach it, it hurt my scalp badly, so no more red hair for me. -.-
  21. : Had Nokia N73 or something, it started to behave badly. -.-

How dare you call that one for "man"?
  24. Varda replied to DragnFly's topic in Off-Topic
Cheers. Not my problem :P This is a sweet length on men. And so is this: [hide=] Almost impossible to find any good pics of Shagrath. Oh well..[/hide] But for gods sake, if your hair is curly, never, unless you straighten it, grow it long. [hide=] The blond curly one, I know those guys in that band heh, not the best music. :P[/hide]
  25. Varda replied to DragnFly's topic in Off-Topic
I'm no man, but I think most of men envy my hair when they are sparing to long. :P Anyway. I think long hair on men looks good, so long they got face to it, and doesn't look like they have placed a mop on their head. Right now it's over 70cm long. Posted it before in the pic thread. Yay for thread bumps. [hide=][/hide]
