Midnight-1am to 8:45am, sometimes to 9:30am, depends on what I have to do before work. Weekends 1am to 3am, up at 10am, feels good to no longer wake up at 1pm-3pm. :thumbsup:

Got bored last night, and did my hair, used five hours or so on this. It's only temporary, going to have it in for max one-two weeks. [hide=One, just straight down.][/hide] [hide=Details, tied up, with armband actually...][/hide]

Secret to both: Not cutting hair, and avoid shampoo with silicone (dimethicone -cone). Silicone ruins the hair. Might start avoiding SLS too, Sodium Laureth Sulfate, but that means I have to use shampoo bars, which are just expensive. -.- The skin: Oh this is easy. SPF 50, whenever it's sun. I haven't tanned for five years now. Anything over 50 is just useless. :P

Some photoshopping is acceptable, such as removing that huge zit on your nose, or remove really bad dark rings under your eyes. Fix the lighting is ok, it's no fun to hardly see anything. Removing skin texture is no-no, (I walked into that trap myself) and making the models thin is just bad, really bad, just look what the photoshopped-thin models do on pro-ana communities. Removing freckles is just silly, they are a part of your face, same with the moles on your face, let them stay, otherwise your personality is lost. (I use "you" and "your" in general, not pointed at anyone.) Photoshopped make-up ads is just stupid.
