What time do you go to bed and wake up?

Featured Replies

Well my sleeping cycle is still really messed up because of summer break. I normally went to bed at around 4:30-5:30a.m., but now my parents hound me to go to bed come 11:00. But the trickle of rebellion in me causes me to stay up until about 1a.m.- but I have a spare in the morning every other day (non-semestered schools ftw?), so on those nights I grant myself an extra hour ;) .

I TRY to wake up at around 7a.m., but I almost always smash my alarm clock off and grab an extra 45mins of shut-eye...maybe that's why I'm always late :? Though on mornings with my spare period I can wake up at 8a.m., so it's all good!

During the school year I usually go to bed around 10:30 since I have to wake up at 6:30. I need my 8 hours or else I'm a tired wreck.

Lately I've been sleeping like a normal person. Go to bed before midnight and wake up before noon. I have lots of trouble staying on a good sleeping schedule though. Name an hour - I've woken up and went to bed during that time.

Since I'm currently a NEET, I'm going to bed at about 5:30 - 6:00 and waking up in the early afternoon.

It's disgusting, but I can't seem to break it (right now).

Aside from school/parties/random stuff I try to be up by 9:00 am and in bed by 11:00 pm.

Sleep: Between 10:30pm and 11:30pm.

Wake up: Either 5:15am for XC morning practices (Tuesdays and Thursdays) or 6:15am for regular school (school starts at 7:45am).

I like waking up at 5:15am and then biking to school with friends for morning practices because the streets are nearly empty. We can cross streets when we have a red light which saves us a bit of time.

With the flu in somewhat of a full stride, I'm opting to sleep 8 hours or more because I've read that those who sleep 7 hours or less are 3x more likely to get sick than those who sleep 8 hours or more.

I sleep something like 1 AM to 7 AM. Once I'm awake and warmed up, I usually don't get tired. Of course, waking up and getting warmed up is the hard part.

That's on school days of course. If I have no reason to wake up early, I'll probably log off any time between 2 and 4 AM (and add on at least 30 minutes of reading), and wake up at 11 AM or later.

Midnight to 6 or so, usually, at least on weekdays. Weekends, who knows. Me and my friends have slept from 8 pm to 1 pm, and we've also stayed up an entire weekend during the summer. A little less extreme now, but my weekends usually don't involve me going to be until around 4 at least.

catch it now so you can like it before it went so mainstream

I sleep at 1am (if I can get to sleep.... I usually can't) and wake up at 7:45am... Catch up sleep on weekends.

Late and late.

I have trouble sleeping and don't get tired till late. (Start getting tired at about 3AM usually.) That's on a Tafe night too, else I usually sleep at 5AM.

I sleep at 11:00-11:30 on most school nights, but since I have exams I sleep at 10:30. It makes a difference to me.

I wake up at 7:45 on school days, 9:00am-ish on weekends and 8:10 am b/c of exams.

I generally go to bed between 10:30-2, depends on how tired I am, and wether or not I realize the time, and this is on school nights, on school mornings, I get up anywhere from 5:50 (if I make my hurr purty and straighten it and whatnot, which I haven't done yet this year) to 6:30, I can pull off 6:35 if I'm careful. I tend to try to get up at about 610 or so, to give myself time to take things slow in the morning, and to eat breakfast. When I don't have anything to do/go to the next day, it depends, sometimes I don't even sleep, sometimes I'll go to bed at 6, sometimes 1, sometimes I'll go to bed at 11!

I fail pretty hard tbh.

sleep around 11:30 PM to 12:30 AM

wake up around 7:20-30 AM.

I go to bed whenever I feel tired, and wake up whenever I feel I've rested enough. Or I wake up at a specific time because I have something important to do, depending on the day. Speaking of which, I should consider sleep now.

I'm supposed to go to bed at 10 but usually stick around a bit longer. Then I listen to my iPod while I try to get to sleep which about for an hour or so. In the end I usually fall asleep around midnight and wake up 7 o'clock in the morning. During the weekends its completely random, but I'm trying to set a schedule.

I want to go to bed early, but I've done this so long and if I go to bed earlier, my entire mental structure will be messed up and I'll go crazy and kill some hot chick in the shower with a knife.
