sombody told me its item from todays update, sell it in the new city under lumbridge in a store next to the bank, you will get 1k for a long bone, 2k for a curved bone and also some construction exp. so you can lock if u wish :)

i guess u will start with D long and DD/DDP/DDP++ after doing the quest lost city [i think... i stink i quests] then monkeu madness for shimmitar when u have 70+ attack aim for a whip ;)

if i remember well cannon doesnt work with metal dragons.... you could always mage... get all the runes u need and some antifire pots :) - but for the drops - its all luck ;)

if ure 65+ i suggest socrates garden aswell [pyramid is faster though] - the advantage here that u dont need food - just running ;)

and for the body use rune!!!

as said flax is also an option.. at low levels ull level up quickly!

i searched the item database: Edgville Dungeon, Crandor Island, Al Kharid mines, Haunted mine, Lumbridge swamps, Mining camp, Dwarven mines, Heroes guild, Jungle mine, Grand tree, Hobgoblins mine (30-32 Wilderness), Pirates mine (54 Wilderness), and the Fremennik Isles of Neitizon and Jatizso. when i used to mine addy (only a few) i used to got to Lumbridge swamps, grab nats and fire staff - mine addy and coal and superheat (there are also mith that u can mine)

even north east of ardy is good for p2p
