Lord Umega, thankyou for creating a topic about this, I have always wondered the same thing as you. I am 81 fishing and Ive made millions off sharks and so I took some time off and I crafted 10k nats, currently 7k yews and I plan to fletch and alch them all, but I still dont see how it is better than fishing, because in my oppinion its not... It takes so much time I could sell my yews for 300ea nats 330ea bstring 150ea thats 780gp isnt that more than what you get for alching (768)? Even if those prices are off, thats not much of a profit if you look at it, might as well just be rc wc and picking flax. Fishing sharks is way better in my oppinion.

Who gets 5k coins a day? Maybe 1 in 10,000 players? I dont spend all my time training cb, I WC or fish or do barrows for more than 5k a day haha.

I dont think this is a bug, I think its always been a part of the game. I keep all my half keys and if you look in my bank I have 10 loop halves and 1 teeth half lol.

This may sound really weird but my first day of playing runescape happened to be the christmas of 2001, when they had the party hat drop, I had gotten BOD cologne that day from my uncle for christmas. Everytime I smell that cologne I remember back to those good ol' days when Id get jelous when my friend had a wooden shield and I had a bronze square, lol. Good times man...

If you want to make it profitable, about 90ish with 50+ prayer. I started barrows at 83 cb. 58 range. 47 prayer. Ive done around 100 trips since then and it's the best discision Ive made, I got myself full guthans 2 times! Plus everything to skill that I wanted.

Barrowing is the way to go. Ive tried merching and all that and it's too slow. BTW I have 80 fishing and I do fish sharks when Im bored or have homework to do at the same time and I can also craft nats, but that takes a lot fo clicking compared to sharks :). Id say barrows though.

dunno if im right or not but isnt each "grade" 1 year long? meaning u started to play 4 years ago? and 4 years ago we had members and rs is like 6 years old i think? :? I think with grades yo have that add 1 rule, like pages in a book so It would be 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th, and 9th so 5 years ago :)

There are a few mistakes there Valaraz. The people that were good that I knew were pkers. There were 4 I repeat 4 worlds when I started. Why would I lie? And yes the other person got an item too I think but you also get the hat AND an item.

Ok Im bored so Id like to share a story with everyone that makes me want to scream everytime I think of it. First of all I am not lying and I have no reason to lie. So back when RSC was the only version out, when there were 4 servers, members did not exist, every experianced player was a pker, Bluserose13x was first to make R2h, when so started at 5 combat, and you could PICK what class you wanted to be ex" ranger, warrior, adventurer, mage etc. I started playing this game with a friend of mine back in 5th grade (9th current). I was on playing with my friend and I had taken a tour of the starting area. It is VERY hard to remember well bo back then but I was in lumby and I took a tour around what I thought of as the world of Runescape. I just followed the paths and I felt really scared I remember on the inside because I didnt know where I was going. What I had done was go around Lumby to Draynor and into the Mage tower and back into lumby. Then my friend logged on and we went roaming. I remember feeling really jelous because he had a "wooden" shield and I had a Bronze Square. So we were going around I felt so scared because Id see people in full iron killing goblins and Id ask them not to kill me and such. Then my friend logged off. This was Christmas eve night by the way... I decided to stay on for a few more minutes and roam. So i went into the lumby forest and was running from all the monsters :). Then these redthings started apearing on the ground. I went around and picked up 4 of them the only ones I could find. They were called "party" crackers or "christmas" crackers I cant remember. And yes im almost 100% sure they were RED not WHITE from what I can remember. And I "used" them on some random people and I remember getting a blessed symbol in a couple and some other "junk" like 2 white and a red and yellow party hat. Little did I know that this "junk" would be worth a priceless amount of money to me in the future. 10gp meant a lot to me then, and I really wanted to go to Al Kharid and wanted to pass the gate and pay the toll. So I went to the general store in lumby and sold each party hat I had for about 2 gp each. THE END. I feel like I want to kill myself now. Thankyou for reading.
