some tuts i rummaged around and found... was gonna give the grunge tut to despaxes... anyway.... Contents 1. Feathering your render 2. Text Shine 3. Full Grunge Signature 4. Resizing your Render 5. Simple Borders Tutorial 1.Feathering tutorial Step1) Bring up your sig and the render you want.... if the render is too big ctrl+click the layer pic on ur layers palette to select it then Edit>Transform>Scale and play about with it till its to your liking. Step2) DONT deselect your render, coz your now gonna copy it. Ctrl+C then go to ur sig, create a new layer, and paste it into that. Step3) Ctrl+Click the layer pick of ur render in ur sig layers palette (1 uve just posted in) this should select the whole render like earlier. Step4) Inverse the selection. Select>Inverse or Ctrl+Shift+I. Step5) Right click ON the actual render with ur select tool selected, and click feather. Step6) Select between 5 - 10 pixels and hit ok. Voila, a blended sig!!! 2.Text shine 3. Simple Grunge Signature edit: for hue/saturation go to image > adjustments > hue / saturation >> NOT LAYERS PALETTE << 4.Resizing your Render 5. WTH DO U MEAN CROPPING!? as far as i know the crop tool just cuts out / cuts everything else out but a cuboid (;o) shaped thingy uve selected.

Border is REALLY bad. some of your text has been cut off. whats with her hair? uve put a huge white stroke round it btw. contrast or something is FAR too high. bg isntvery nice either. no visible signs of trying to blend the sig. did i mention the border? im gonna go back to it. its uneven, and ugleh. i dont mean to be a penish (due to censor ;o) but its what i think is wrong with it. ive got some tuts i made if u want, very simple ones, good for beginners to progress? if so pm me and ill dig em out.

I get mixed oppinions on the kind of things i do for chaos gfx. some people hate em, some people love em. i personally like em, if i didnt i wouldnt post them in the first place. thx for your comments folks

I disagree, brushes are not the best way to make a signature, and filters can really add to a signature if you know how to use them. if im right, cad didnt say it was the best way, he just told him to get some brushes and do some tuts. TBH, if you cant brush, you cant do smack. i started with filter things and rubbish animation and advanced to brushes, and then other stuff. im still not much better( :( ), but i can do bits and peices when i need to.

amen. ill put it this way its not a good sig. NOTHING with ingame screenshots on it from ANY game with as bad graphics as runescape is a good sig.

TERRIBLE quality, did u save as jpeg? no border text is hard to read the colours are too contrasted no border
