Yes when my membership was over and I could not subscribe that month , i was totally doomed i had to drop many valuable items (more than 40) to be able to play. And I am sure that jagex will not agree to the one time 20$ payment , because they agree that giving certain people an advantage because they can pay is unfair. If you wanna pay go members.

i dont think runscape left out any weapon types theyve basically got most of em. What they might do is start having enchanted weapons. yo check out my acid enchanted whip (it glows green) and stuff like that. otherwise I'd say a katana.
