Theres many people fullfilling requests and 1000x times more people requesting. Ive been in a position where people are pming me with requests and when I do fill out these requests I get insulted or I get messages like "HAHAHAHA I JUST WASTED YOUR TIME" , or I get messages like "THANK YOU ITS NICE BUT I FIGURED OUT HOW TO MAKE SIGS IN 10 MINUTES IN A SECRET SITE LOOK I MADE A GOOD ONE HOW IS IT YOU WANT ME TO MAKE YOU WANT TOO? JUST GO TO MY SHOP!!". Thats really annoying and discourages a person from doing good deeds. And to prevent this from happenning I suggest adding a points system in which people would sell these sigs and requests for points. These points do not offer an advantage to anyone at all, thus would not break the rules of jagex. This point system will prevent users from multi requesting sigs simply like that and when someone cares to help they cause as much pain as they want. I hope you consider this and if you think its a bad idea please reply with why.

Scanning it does not do a single thing. Keyloggers can easily be hidden from scanners. And its people like you that end up posting random posts on the forum about "HEY I WAS SCAMMED AND HACKED RUNSCAPE U S4xxors!!!". I actually get up and do my speech but act a bit stupid on purpose so everyone laughs and the teacher would give me a good grade for an entertaining speech. Theres nothing really to be nervous about i know every single person of my class so good it doesnt really matter.
