I don't know the answer but you could find out how much it affects it by trying to cast it in full rune and vambraces without a staff and see how little you hit with it then.

I don't know if you still can but I used to buy unstrung yew longs for like 250-300 ea and strings for 120-180ea and then sell the finished bows for 600ea but the prices may have changed now. Anyway that is much faster than actually cutting logs into unstrung bows in my opinion.

I had a character like that it was fun but rubbish it would either hit nothing for ages but then if i got lucky i might 3 hit someone, this was rs classic by the way. One thing taito if i raised attack and str 1 : 4 then i would have to wait until my strength level was 160 before getting 40 attack, and I'm not sure that's possible. ;) But I know what you're saying.

I think you lot have the wrong end of the stick, I think that he actually is confused about people saying you can buy skills to 99. You cant actually buy a skill to 99, but what people mean is you can but materials to train it up real fast. I hope I am right.

To save it to a smaller size you go save for web then click the little blue arrow and click save to file size(or similar) and then just type 30kb and it will save the image as 30kb.

Photoshop 7 and above Hi, this is my tutorial on how to colourise your sig and blend a render into it. Here is the final product. Firstly brush yourself a nice background with colourless brushes. Like this Secondly paste your render into the document on a new layer without its background. Then rotate yor render to a crazy angle, duplicate this layer and rotate it again moving it somewhere else on the sig. Continue to do this until you have covered most of your sig then hit ctrl e to merge the layers important only merge the layers with your render on not the background layer. You should have something like this Now, go filter>blur>gaussian blur. I use settings like 9.4 normally then when you have done that set the layer mode to "overlay" Now past your render in the posistion you would like it to be in the finished sig. Remember to feather it like this. First duplicate your render layer, do a small gaussian blur on the lower layer, about 0.5 or 1. Now, go select>load selection and select the top render layer, then do select>modify>contract something like 4 pixels. Then do select>feather and do about 4 pixels or something similar. Then select inverse and hit delete. So far it should look something like this except the render in the below image is not feathered because I forgot. #-o Now, do a google search for the brushes "sparkleps7" and brush on two layers. One above your render and one below in white as if your render is in cloud of sparks. You should have something similar to this. You could end here and add text and a border but I did more. Next you should add a colour balance layer, if you feel the colours are not right somewhere, fiddle with the settings and the layer mask to get the colours right. Also I added a brightness/contrast layer so feel free to do this Next add a simple border Finish it off with some nice text and you are done. Of course you could add more stuff such as scan lines and other things but I left it at that. Any mistakes or questions you have just ask. Also please could you post your final results, if you do I will love you forever. XD enjoy.

Wahey thanks for all the posotive comments. Someone also wanted to know how I coloured the sig so I made a very quick version of this sig again in 7 stages, assuming that people can brush their own greyscale abstract background, which show how to colour it. It's quite simple really I will write the tutorial text when I get up in the morning. Also the sig this version came out with isn't so good as it was done in a massive hurry but I'm sure if you tweak a few settings then you can make it look perfect. Cya in the morning Ladies and Gentlemen Oh and here is the final result I didn't have time to get another render :( I know it aint to good and has no text but it is mainly to show how i coloured the sig.

The black makes it harder to see for me, it makes the colours relatively brighter. Anyway, it looks nice kind of like smoothish if you get what I mean.
