Nobody will tell you what they merchant because they want it to be kept a secret. Try looking at items that are rising by a decent amount, buy them and wait for them to go up but watch the graphs so you can see when they start to go back down and sell before that happens.

I'll admit there are a lot of immature kids on the RSOF but a lot of people really over exaggerate how bad it is.

Why lol, he could get 99 in two weeks using chins. I'm pretty sure someone on another thread said 75-90 range is 150% the cost of 90-99. What does that have to do with getting it in two weeks...? Saving a ton of money? Im just saying it doesnt take long, of course chins are expensive. :roll: If he wants to start at 77 range then thats his decision, not mine.

You could always kill abberent spectres, either bringing a bunyip with karils and some food or proselyte with prayer potions. If you want to prayer flash you shouldn't even use up half of your prayer points before getting a full inventory of high level herbs/seeds and if you dont do that you could get a full inventory using 1-2 prayer potions. Ive never done a trip without getting at least 3 rannars so you really dont have to worry about losing a bunch any prayer potions this way.

Whats so hard to believe that the toughest dragon in the game drops it? And to answer your question, you could kill 10k dragons and not get a spear drop or you could get one after a few kills, they are pretty rare though.

I just suggested 70 range because it will make it a lot easier. No actual requirements except for the items to make other monsters non aggressive which I forgot what they were. Just make sure you have a good mix of prayer and range bonus.

Aviansies are at the god wars dungeon but if you take in the right items none of the other monsters will attack you. They drop addy bars which sell for 2.3k ea at about a 1:1 ratio and are pretty easy to kill.

In the long run its better to just sell them on the ge.

Get 70 range and 55 slayer, grab some broad bolts, prayer potions and some decent gear and go to aviansies.

Is it not possible for level 3's to do the shilo village quest anymore?

I see them all the time. they get old. I always go to shows and someone ends up hitting somebody else in the pit when they're hardcore dancing and even if its unintentional theres always a few people who take it up the butt and start swinging. Sometimes the heavier bands start death walls, where the crowd splits into two sides and then full on charge each other so it ends up turning into a huge brawl. The adrenaline rush is intense.

Your exp at brimhaven comes mostly from tickets so with 20 agility you'll fail a lot and wont be able to get the tickets in time. It shouldnt take too long at the gnome course.

Prayer flashing is when you click the protection prayer, the monster hits you, you turn it off, repeat. 8/10, How long did it take you?
