Whoevers saying they got strength up first to level attack easier its actually the other way around. Attack helps train strength faster.

I admitted in my first post that it is in fact overrated I just also said that it wasnt junk, if you want to say im getting hit more I can also say that im hitting higher. As for guthans being slow, I dont really agree with that. Im always super potted during slayer and unless I get unlucky with the special activating I hit a few 20+ and im back at full health which doesnt slow me down too much since Im healing on the monster im assigned to kill anyways. I just prefer balancing strength and defense as opposed to having high def with a lower strength bonus. Although after this task of greaters Ill have enough crimsons to get 68 summoning so I wont really need guthans too much anymore lol.

People seem to be ignoring the fact that he's 108 combat and needs the extra defense of barrows armor. A torso might be perfectly fine if you have 85+ defense, but at 70-75, it wont cut it. Hmm, I used a torso when I was 70 def and still preferred it over a barrows plate because I had guthans, still use it too and im only 80 now. Just looked him up and hes 80 def, not 70-75, dont know where you got that from...

In order to use the safespot they have to become unaggressive first which takes like 15mins or so.

Doesnt void mage give a 30% boost..? But yeah ahrims is still better.

Torso although overrated is definitely not junk, yeah it may not be the best defensive plate but with guthans to heal I prefer it over anything else except bandos plate which I just dont feel like spending money on lol. Most people who use bunyips can sacrifice a barrows plate for torso anyways.

Yep, I use it on all my melee tasks in slayer and its cheap for the bonus it gives.

Ive never used one but have a lot of dragon and wyvern bones I need to use up, so once I find someones house to use how does it work? As far as the burners and marrentils work and how do you keep them lit and how long do they stay like that for? Thanks. :)

I was thinking of doing it myself for Barrows gloves, but should I do edgares(sp?) Ruse (sp? lol) For the trollheim(sp? lol) tele? Its probably better if youre going to do the quest later on anyways but dont do it solely for the purpose of using it for DT the quest will take longer to do then it will to just walk there.
