Right now im 54 summoning and going for 68 and need to know the most efficient way, I have about 750 crimsons and a little over 2.2k gold right now and getting more as I slay. So what pouches should I be making that dont need extremely expensive seconds?

Why pay 20-50M more to train slower? If you disagree with the whip being the best training item then what is in your opinion?

Abberent spectres drop an okay amount , but yeah theres no monster that will drop them commonly. You could try waterfiends for crimson charms though if youre looking to train summoning.

Well if youre going to be safespotting use karils. But just so you know, black dhide has better melee defense. So in case you arent safespotting it would be a better choice although its up to you :)

The occasional rune or ancient staff drop will only pay for some of the prayer potions you have to use, plus youll have to lure the mummies and they respawn in different places so youll be getting far less exp and actually wasting chins. The fast exp you get at monkeys will give you time later on to do something better for cash.

Lol well you could make a pure if you want but tanks are more effective in my opinion, high consecutive hits while not getting hit very often, the only cons i can think of at the moment is you would have to spend more time training it and youd be up against higher level people.

Pures are stupid no offense, consider a mage/ range tank? :D

Its more simple to me just ranging the entire way, bolts racks work really well but to be honest you would do fine with broad bolts. And yeah just look at muggi's guide it will tell you everything to use.
