Buy iron arrows and train on minotaurs until around level 50, they drop a lot of iron arrows so you probably wont even have to buy that much then sell those to buy iron knives and move on to yaks.

how would you get seeds? mainly theiving, and the person who sells them in draynor has no stock of them. and tree seeds are gotten through woodcutting, or MTK but even then you still need to do quests. Killing the mole for claws and hides and trading them in for nests.
