No, I dont see why people would care that their runescape name is mentioned, nobodys going to know you in real life and even if they did somehow do you really want people going up to you and being like "Oh my god, youre the guy that suggested harpooning whales in runescape!"

You should probably do lost city and monkey madness to unlock some dragon weapons, then hero's and legends. Then save up for a whip unless you can already afford it. Another quest you might want to do which is fairly easy is tears of guthix which unlocks a minigame you can play once a week to raise your lowest stat up.

Bronze is actually the hardest, rune is the easiest to get.
