i have both, guthans is the ultimate slayer tool, and is AMAZING for dagganoth kings. i only use b2p on infernal mages, bloodvelds and dust devils and i take a full load of shark for them anyway which usually means i hardly need to use b2p. also going to nearby monsters for bones wastes time :S

eh soloing/mage onlying in fire cape and fury is very dodgy. decent guide tho

chinchompas OWN, ive been getting 99 range in pest control with crystal bows, (96 currently.) i bought 1k of them, and now my new strategy when the world slows abit is ko the portal with cbow, then throw chinchompas at the piled up monsters, and get ALOT of zeal/exp off it. they are well worth the money, and when the ones i have now run out i plan to buy afew more.

im 93 range going for 99. i have 37k iron arrows ATM which i will power-train with. after that, i will use crystal bows, at nechryaels, black demons, bloodvelds, fire giants and other places. (to break the monotony of training in 1 spot.) anyone give me a rough idea of how many times i will have to recharge my bow before hitting 99 range?

ok, ill clear it up: skeletal wyverns use 3 attacks. 1: mage based melee. this is prayed vs 2: mage based melee which can hit high on no prayer or elemental shield. this is prayed vs. 3: melee based mage. this is weak-ish. best thing to do is take veracs set (flail or whip and defender), and pray vs melee ALWAYS otherwise you can get hit high. if you are scared you can take whip and elemental shield though. take afew ppots and sharks.

funny how all the pc-products say that, nice 93 hits with them stats :lol: takes more skill than: get off tut, get a scim of each type, go play a minigame 100000 times. yep its boring, but new players like you can stand it because they want to get high levels in 2 months. pc is boring as hell, every game is the same, id rather just do slayer/kill monsters to 99's and get alot of cash, speak to more people (at pc all you see is "get spinners neeb!" "we lost!" "level 88: new level 88+ world!"), and actually have fun rather than playing a boring minigame 100000 times.

once you get past level 85, you will realise 9m isnt much

jw how many cballs id probably need for 85 from 75. only times i use cannon are: black demons (with crystal bow aswell its like 20k slayer xp+ and 65k range xp an hour), kalphites (melee to help), dagganoths (melee to help), and maybe trolls from now. everything else i melee. just a rough estimate, i dont over use my cannon, but i use it when it helps alot. other info: use shilo master.

99 capes - although i dont like skilling, made it so skillers cant say "you can only tell combat without looking at the highscores, not skills" RFD gloves- good quest, and the gloves are good all around. dragon woodcut axe update - makes it actually worth the cash. also makes dking more worth it :thumbsup:

pure ess - just moved autos to other places pest control- allowed 10 yr old ignorant brats who dont have a life to get 99-stats in next to no time because they dont have to think/do anything like collect food, look for a good spot, they just find someone to leech worlds off/join a pc group and play a minigame 100k+ times while switching worlds when needed. lumby update, tutors etc - encourages begging, discorages working for things.

anyone know a good place to dharok at, where the ppots and super atts + strs are paid for by the drops? dont mention ape atoll btw, i know about there. i have a place im thinking of but i wont say it so i dont get stating-the-obvious replies...

salve amulet does not work at barrows, you cant cast crumble undead on them, works on stuff ucan crumble undead only.

rc pkers = losers who cant pk at edge because they get koed by pures, and cant pk past edge because they have no clan or friends, so they sit at the abyss bricking themselves and running/teleing everytime they get touched by an arrow/weapon/spell and thinking they own when they attack someone without food. every rc pker runs on sight of a true pker, its pathetic rofl. anyone who defends rc pkers is an rc pker themself. however it is fun to come back and kill them/make them tele.

99 cooking takes a week. fire cape takes many hours and lots of cash to get.

in the "status ladder", hard 99 capes > fire cape > noob 99 capes in stats, fire cape > all.

NEVER stopping (just drinking super energy while running) and clicking the banker very fast 2k ess an hr is possible, but tru that its pushing it.

add in the cost of super energies (for 2k ess at abyss/hr) and also theres the time of being interupted by pkers, too. also before 75 you cant do asmuch per hr at the abyss.

imo ffl is best in the long run

dk drops are WAY more common, but its all luck, dks are more fun, but you need a team (soloing below lvl 120 just wastes pots, and imo it burns runes)

nice guide,altho i think you should add that if you cant get fire cape back easily best other options are trimmed 99 cape, reg 99 cape or legends cape, or for mages, god cape. also glory for people who dont want to risk fury, and also rune defender > obby shield when meleeing. the 1 time you use a 1 handed wep, you have ranged protect on.

because of low def and using proselyte, and high prayer id take 16 super restores, 8 saras, 1 shark (other 3 spots, range pots), or if switching to cbows just forget the shark

using 1 full crystal bow and a karils xbow (id say 400 racks though to be safe) will work just fine :) even if its a few shots down it shiuld be ok (i wouldnt use a 9/10 or lower bow tho), my cbow was at 2/10 at the end of the last 360 at 84 ranged.
