You are still sharing his account, even if it is a one off thing. As said in the rules, YOUR account must only be used by YOU. Where's your proof of concept on this?

Yes. Jagex has a log of everyones IP when they log in. If the ip were to say "last logged in from nz.wireless.com" and you're from Canada, something might be up as someone has been on your account, either for fun or to mess with you, but highly unlikely for the latter due to the new rules. Jagex has reason to ban your account for Account Sharing/Trading if your IP's don't match on what Jagex has logged. So, if ANYONE at ANYTIME but you accesses your account, that IS account sharing. This does not count if you play Runescape on multiple computers, (ie: Laptop, Desktop, Library, School Computer, etc) as YOU were in control of the account at the time. I'm against, due to my status in the game. My reason is in the above question. I already Mentioned they log your IP address on login. If they detect any foul play from another IP and it's not you, they have a very good reason to bring out the ban stick. It's not Jagex who should think about this issue, it's the PLAYER. Any action taken against the account is up to the player to Appeal. Jagex is only there to make sure we're playing fair and safe without harming other users.

A "justified amount" to me is 2-5 refills during eating duration. And this is coming from an OLD employee of Pizza Hut. Most I've seen is 3 refills due to a person having a well-sized pizza....and the glass was hardened plastic, and not those flimsy "to-go" cups. Myself? I get at least 2 refills to help out. 1 refill to help it down, the other KEEPS it down. The other, when it happens is for later use during class, posting on a website, or playing a game. More than 5 refills, your dentist needs a word with you about sipping too much of that syrupy stuff.
