  1. Your not helping any. Stop flaming out people. NO ONE PERSON IS BETTER THAN ANOTHER.

  3. Any level. I can't just say combat lvl 90 or something becuase that person could be a def pure or something. The easiest way to solo him is to use rune throwing knives with 75+ range in the best hide armor you have, an anti-dragonfire shield, and anti-dragonfire potions. Bring sharks. _______________________ If you choose to go melee, bring your best armor and weapons and use protect from magic while wielding an anti-dragonfire shield with anti-fire pots. If he starts continuously pounding you with high damage and you can't heal fast enough to survive...Walk underneath him so he has to take time to reposition himself to attack you. This gives you time to drink potions and heal.
  4. Anything is possible. I would raise your strength. If you wear an anti-dragonfire shield and bring anti-fire pots then you should be able to with the right equip. You would kill him with almost no challenge at all if you ranged him with throwing knives, anti-fire shield, and anti-fire potions while using protect from magic. nice guide but dont tell him to raise str to kill the kbd that wont help at all. if he wants to solo it and is gonna raise something it should be attack. 9, 20, 4, 16 is better than 0, 22, 4, 0 isnt it woo 10 str levels took me a month now i hit 2 more damage I'm still Afk training so i'm watching this thread liek a hawk  Anyway, I can solo the Kbd easily at 79 att. He will hit it often enough, he just needs to increase the damage he'll do when he actually hits it. Either way, he'll still miss 75% of his attacks.
  5. I used to get like 3k trading sticks and use them all up by sending things through the parcel service. I'd buy kawambwan 100 each. Then send them to the bank. Repeat. That way i'd have alot of 18 hp healing food that cost me half of what lobsters do.
  6. I've only been to the barrows around 25 times. I got Dhorak legs and helm before trip #12. Anyways...On trip #18 or 19 as I took from the chest my reward, I saw a message in my chatsceen saying, "we'll finish this later"
  7. I totally agree. I've done all the quests. They don't present much of a challenge. Fight a few high lvl bosses with multiple stages. Solve a huge puzzle. Then finish it off with a huge gladitorial deathmatch like in monkey madness.
  8. I don't think if a new quest were 4 times harder than desert treasure anybody would be able to do it... I'm level 91, I just completed DT yesterday, and I almost died on ever single boss, and I even died once on the ice one (no big losses, fortunatly) :? Some people find DT easy, but if there were a quest four times harder, I think even the level 120+s would have a hell of a time with it. I personally would like to see a quest that uncovers some more history behind armydel, and how Sardomin became the god of good instead of him. Mabye it will be along the same lines as Desert Treasue, mabye a bit harder than that, and featuring a new set of spells that are defensive instead of offensive (eg; healing spells, some spells that mabye boost your combat stats, and mabye even some poison cures, and possibly immunity spells that make you temporarily immune to being frozen, or being poisoned). I beat DT at lvl 83. I lived through ALL boss fights. I had to run away from the vampire guy. But, when I came back I owned him with iban blast. Then, I beat Mournings End Part 2. It was WAY harder than Desert Treasure. Also, I beat it before any guides came out. Even still, at lvl 94 it isn't much of an accomplishment.
  9. I Just updated the guide with a little more information. Can someone read it for me? I need suggestions for the guide.
  10. That depends...how many people will you be fighting him with, and what lvls they are. If you plan to solo him you will fail. However, I've had lvl players lower than lvl 50 fight him with me and survive for 1-2 trips.
  11. Dragonhide armor lowers the chance of him dealing high damage with his dragonbreath attacks. Melee armor lowers the chance of him hitting high with his melee attacks. Prayer bonuses are useful, but armor will be of more use to you. (That is, unless you go to slay him wearing veracs. Then you have an awsome defence and prayer bonus)

  13. Rune tips should edit the cooking guide on their website.
  14. Check my guide on King Black Dragon slaying. I just made it. So at least he has two visitors :P
  15. Yeah, this is my first guide for rune tips. I figured they needed a KBD slaying guide and AFK training at the desert bandits was slow. So I made this guide. I'm not sure if it's in the right forum, but I hope it gets put on the actual rune tips website.
  16. The guide has been removed due to management issues. Before I left I added to the guide some construction stuff. If you want the guide back send me a private message and I'll send you the guide. On the last page are my final statements on the site. Sorry to leave you.
  17. I'd love something similar to desert treasure with a huge temple that surpasses the temple of light in difficulty (both in puzzles and in foe) Maybe a temple of darkness? Also...it would have a boss that require multiple stages to kill and was combat lvl 200+
  18. I've done all the quests. I think they're fun. I use quest guides to find out what items I need and then I do the quest without guides. The only quest I haven't done that for was MEP2 which I completed without and quest guides or help. (They weren't out yet)
  19. Shut it and behave yourself. I wouldn't care if you joined at the beginning of time. You are arrogent and ill mannered.
  20. I strongly suggest that you all have a bank chest as well as a table.
  21. I don't think people like you understand the newer players as well as I do. We have to make many decisions that we don't really...know the conscequences of our actions. I've been playing for around 2 years. I have full verac, fury ammulet, whip, obsidian shield, All the best accesories, full ahrim, and full karil. You have much less...I think older players play much less, over a period of time. You usually make the right decisions...but sometimes they hinder you. Example...The first time I went to the Kalphite Queen (Kq) A person there died and lost their helm. I had the conscious decision to give or back or take it. However, I only had 50k in the bank so I couldn't continue the trips. So...I took it. However, when I got the drag chain it was kill #66. I split the chain drop with the guy 60:40 and used the extra money to repay him for the Verac's helm I stole. Cheating, scamming, hacking, macrgoing...They are all bad, but not everyone does them. -Please try to understand that....
  22. Bandits are good exp.
  23. It ignores armor and prayer. However, if you use it in the wild it can effectivly hybrid with magic or range. It has a huge prayer bonus. It has a magic def or +0
  24. It's not really a scam. They don't lose out on the trade do they? Nah, they lose out on what happens afterwords :?
