  1. Even though I do offer my coldolences ... you do have a point.
  2. What if there was some kind of well, tree or other object in somewhere like Lumbridge or Varrock (but not in a crowded place) which items would spawn from? For those of you whom are familiar Neopets, this would be like the money/donations tree. Players could choose to donate their items at select locations around the world, and the items would appear at this special spawn point for junk or stuff people don't want. It could be quite useful for players who are quitting and don't know what to do with their stuff. It would also (hopefully) reduce the amount of begging that goes on in the game.
  3. My condolences.
  4. "I'd rather be hated for who I am than loved for who I am not."
  5. The kambarwan fish has a quest In which it plays a very big part, i don't know any other fish except the lava eel that has that... or did i miss the release of the quest "a tail of two lobsters"?? But I don't really see the problem with it!! Why fix what isn't broken? I'm not saying it's broken; I'm just saying it could do with some improvement. Using that analogy; let's say it needs some upgrades to secure it and prevent it from breaking.
  6. That fads been going on for like five years ...
  7. Sounds like something my cat would do ...
  8. According to the RIAA, the Beatles have sold more units. I'm surprised to see this is even a dispute.
  9. I was just looking at the fishing guide and I noticed the lack of fish that are catchable after swordfish. Lava Eels don't really count, as I don't think anybody really does fish for them. After swordfish, it's another 15 levels to Karambwan, then another 15 to shark, then the manta ray & turtles ... which people rarely catch in comparison. The fishing guild seems to have few uses. At level 63 fishing or whatever is required, you can get most fish, and you can get them with great efficiency in other places; namely catherby. I mean, when you think about it, the fishing guild is just slightly more useful in terms of location, it has spawns of three fishing utensils and sells feathers. That's all it has over Catherby. Is it really worth it? I suggest we improve fishing -- add some fish, between Swordfish and other high level fish (like one at 60, another at 70; something of that manner). Perhaps we could add the seasoning of fish, which gives more healing? Additionally, I think, to make the fishing guild more useful, we need to make one particular fish only available from it. A level 70 fish ... let's say, a crayfish, that can only be caught at one or two fishing spots in the guild. It'd make it actually useful, rather than redundant like it is now. Any takers?
  10. YOU ARE UNAUSTRALIAN!!! How dare you call Australia a nation of cowards!!! Did you think about the men who are in the army for Australia? Do you dare call them cowards? The men that protect out shores? You are an idiot!!! Calm down. Although his comment was uncalled for, it should be taken with a grain of salt.
  11. I'd say Beatles hands down. The Spice Girls were only around for four or so years. Either way, they've totally faded. Tupac is not even comparable to the likes of the Beatles, Rolling Stones, Michael Jackson, Elvis and whatnot in terms of popularity. The Beatles are the most influential band in history. They changed music. I don't see how there's any debate in this. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Best_selling_music_artists However, having said that, the article is somewhat disputed. At the same time, I still think it's quite obvious the Beatles are the best selling musical group in history.
  12. What do you think is a worse scenario? Incompetent police shooting anyone on site without any justification, evidence, proof or just intentions. Police who do their job, spot key suspects, close in on them, gather sufficient information to prove their guilt and foil their plans. You're fighting a losing battle. Give up while you're still (so far) behind).
  13. How about I just shoot you then? That'll prevent you from having children, hence reducing the total number of stupid people in the world slightly.
  14. No i wouldn't mind because thats sick and people should be locked up for it, if it mean't hassling inccocent people to catch the criminals then so be it. would you rather the police searched 10 inocents and caught 3 pedo's, or search 0 inocents and caught 1 pedo. So ... you think it's completely okay for them to search and tear down your house with no shred of evidence? What if? What if he was innocent? Oh wait, he was! If ANYONE, especially a foreigner, is being chased by the police, do you think they'll just stand there and kindly receive a beating? Police had NO proof, NO evidence -- merely speculation. So you think it's okay to trample over the rights of others in order to 'eliminate' terrorism (which can never be done)?
  15. Im sick of the whole 9/11 thing. "The day the world changed" No the world hasnt changed because of just ONE incident! I blame bush for kicking up so much fuss if bush gets assasinated I will set up a website proclaiming victory to his assasin. [qupte]Im from england and i support BUSH 100%, at the end of the day iraq was a threat to the world, look what they did in 9/11 what would they do if they had neclear missile capability. Excuse me? Since when was Iraq responsible for 9/11? Oh, and by that logic, let's just go and invade every country, y'know, just in case they have nuclear weapons. Who needs evidence? Nothing to hide? So you wouldn't mind if people came into your house, tearing down your property due to allegations that you're in possession of child pornography? That's just an example -- and something ASIO does here to mere suspects. I think you'd mind. At the end of the day, there should be sufficient justification and evidence supporting claims -- not just pure speculation and [cabbage]. Shoot to kill? Well, it looks like we've already shot and killed our rights. I agree that terrorism does affect us, but I think he is posting this message because he's concerned about these new laws (if you can call them that). I mean, it's a pretty weak argument to say "if you've got nothing to hide then let them". How about I go searching your apartment or house for something completely obscure, like rock samples from Mars? I could turn your house up and down in search of them, but hey, you've got nothing to hide, so you'll have to let me in!
  16. Actually its nothing like goign to the movies. The point of a blog is to detail your views and opinions in a public type diary. Obviously there have been some cases recently in which people have given very negative comments towards the school. Now this kind of negativity is technically libel and as a private school they do have a right to stop people from posting this kind of negative comments relating to the school. But they're not using that as their cover. They're claiming it's to protect people from sexual predators. By that logic, they shouldn't let them go out; there are sexual predators in real life too. And with all the allegations, they shouldn't let them go to church either, since there've been a helluva lot of abuse cases there too.
  17. No no no ... super-soaker with paint! Or some strong kind of dye. They can't sue you or complain for endangering them by spraying them with petrol, but you'll destroy their stupid little outfits by turning scary monsters in black garbage bags into the wussiest of zombies with pink polkadots.
  18. In my opinion, CounterStrike has got to be one of the most over-rated games of all time.
  19. This is just absolutely insane. Human stupidity seems limitless. http://www.mtv.com/news/articles/151221 ... lines=true
  20. I get that error too, randomly, when playing RS on Mozilla or Firefox. Lucky for me it's not as frequent. Best of luck.
  21. Wow ... that's scary stuff. Glad you're okay? I've never been in a serious one either, thankfully, but I've come damn close. So many hoons, rednecks and pure morons on the roads ... Are you going to take any legal action?
  22. Lots of misinformation and assumptions here. I remember being able to pick up and see in a trade window members objects about ... three years ago. Three and a half probably. Unicorns would drop unicorn horns, and they would appear under the title of 'members object'. They were tradable.
  23. Actually ... paint ball would be a pretty cool addition to Runescape.
