Monster Hunting
Stay away from KQ, I've been on a few solo and group trips and the drops suck. Barrows aren't really monsters or bosses, but are a nice steady cash flow. GWD depends on the boss and the team. Requires a lot of luck. DK's I personally had a big thing about them till I died on my first mage attempt (always put the spell back to auto, always [meleed rex by accident, got prime and supreme on me]). Still very nice to hybrid, risky but safe if you know what your doing. Takes about 5 trips before you've settled in really, but there a very nice profit per trip (heard maging is about 1m per hour).

"What the hell are they doing?"
This made me lol Look on the mini map 4 people on about 4/5 spawns and then only me on about 7 spawns. People are always doing it.

Barrows Set-Up
With ice_goddess1's setup swap the cape for the god cape, helm for farseers (same bonuses and doesn't degrade), take a spirit shield (no negatives and cheap as hell) and personally I'd say melee ahrim and karils with rune/dds+rune defender just replace one monkfish with a combat pot. If you have guthans already take about 5 prayer pots and the rest pineapple pizzas and just camp there for 10+ runs.

RFD!!!!
mmm might of been thinking of the wildy course. Maybe the TC can test it out.
-
RFD!!!!
You only need the agility level to do the course which is potable. Worth getting the level anyway though.

Congrats to wave 1 of our new mod trainees!
We are almost done with all the pm's. At this point, all who have been selected are in training, so you would know. :-# Still not got a PM :| Shouldn't say this, but it was pretty lucky as I'm off on holiday tomorrow so I wouldn't have been there for the basic training. Congratulations on all who got in though. come-on crewbies start recruiting.

Games that you find overrated?
I don't see how being controversial automatically makes something great. Well really they werent overrated by critics and most disliked the games. Your joking right? All the GTA reviews I've seen (wasn't really into gaming when GTA and GTA 2 were released as I was a baby) rate GTA as the highest scoring games ever. IMO GTA VC is better then SA and IV put together.

Greatest Underrated Games
Pokemon as never been underrated (with the exception of some of the unknown or rare side games). They have always had good reviews and been hyped to a degree. IMO G&S were the last truly good pokemon game. R&S lost all the good old 'mon and didn't really feel like you needed to catch them all. Kind of back step compared to the RGB leap to GS. LG&FR was just a Red/Blue/Green remake D&P lost me completely. I mean come on over 490 'mon with the whole aim supposedly to catch them all. I do plan on buying the remake of G&S when its released.

Which Laptop is the BEST to you?
Love my Siemens Amilo 2515 (cost ~£400 about a year and a half ago and I'm still have trouble finding a better deal now). Only trouble I've had with it are a few incidents of my family members spilling stuff on it (had to spend £35 on a new freaking keyboard yesterday because some pineapple juice magically appeared on it  ) Solid laptop and performs like a pro.

some more questions.
1. It would be slow exp, but good profit. Personally I'd switch from swamps at about 55 to 60 hunter to grey chins. For sheer gp you could switch to nature imps at 58, magpies at 65, ninjas at 74 and dragons at 83. Of course this would be slow, but it would be more profitable. 2. Impossible to say far too random, you could get a load of cannonable tasks, you could get lots of long profitable tasks too. 3. Sounds good, maybe switch the top with prossy on lower level tasks for 10% prayer. 4. Only ever tried zammy and bandos so I can't help there. 5. You get 100 deaths and 400 minds per dart set you buy. Expect a lot of lol thats what tricking gets you. Good luck and remember to farm as much as you can for a nice profit (I'm netting ~200k of pure profit per run atm)

skills or equipment
Get your melee stats as high as possible. If you get your defense to around the 80 mark you can simply buy guthans and tank, as tanks are always in demand. Get the skills first then the gear that way you'll have more to spend on gear from the training. To AnthonyL's comment about low defense its not entirely true. A lot of teams will take on pures with high attack and strength but low defense as they hit better then rounded players of the same level. Sure you won't last as long, but summoning can counter that.

Cannoning Ice Trolls
I'm back after about 3 weeks of boss hunting. I ended up selling my cannon to fund some of the hunting, but I'm going to try and buy it back tonight and at least finish the exp section and get the all important cannon location. sonicwarrior thanks for the heads up I never actually noticed it was affected by range level and range bonus. I've added your second question to the FAQ as its a very good one. To answer the first one really requires some data, but from previous experience I found about 70% of the time you'll break even, 20% you'll make a small profit and 10% you'll make a small loss. I'm off on holiday for 2 weeks starting this Friday so I won't be updating this guide after about 1pm 24/07/09 for about 2 weeks (give or take a few days either side), but keep finding the mistakes and adding comments. I found a copy of truthscapes guide, but it seems they got nerfed and tweaked (drops got nerfed within a month or so of there release and it looks like they added a few more) since the time of there guide being made. As they state its only 45k range exp per hour, but 200kish per hour profit which is pretty far off. If anyone has any inventory results and/or exp results I'd greatly appreciate them. Thanks for all the comments guys keep them coming.

Unfair bh worlds
You have a point about there should be more of a delay. But damn your post was hard to make out what you were ranting about. So much easier to read and took about 20 seconds to do.

Best place to train for Fire Giants?
- Fast and relatively cheap FLETCHING xp?
Broad bolts are profitable and are meant to be good exp. Cooking mix wine and lobsters to get some fast exp at low costs.- Best place to train for Fire Giants?
Wheres Wildy Mage? You know the one you use to enter the abyss for RC'ing. Just north of edgeville at around level 5 wildy, the entrance is just to the east.- Lost and Found
Lost my phone and found it in my trouser pocket after they'd been in the wash and on the line. Lesson learnt don't leave your phone in your trouser pocket when you have a dad whose straightly obsessed about the washing machine.- Best place to train for Fire Giants?
Just stand in the corner or near the portal then only one will attack you at a time \- Best place to train for Fire Giants?
CT. Use the entrance near the wildy mage (RC'ing one) then one portal and your there.- Will I get Slayer points from another Slayer Master?
You get the amount of points from whoever gave you the task.- The Castle of Dreams (an endgame dungeon)
The 99 requirements just made me lol. Why try to fill the highest level, why not drop some of the stats and make it say 90 or 95?- Bandos and Zammy GWD monster hunting updates
Hi, I've been looking through the guides and noticed they could do with updating. Bandos Warrior Setup Ring slot needs adding Which would be something along the lines of Bersker>Warrior>Explorers (3)>Life As ring of Wealth doesn't help at all with LS. Gloves Barrows>Dragon>Rune>Regen>Addy>Combat>Other Bold ones being the ones worth adding. Body/Legs Well a lot of newer guides will say that if you don't have bandos or veracs its best to have karils or dragon hide in the top or legs section as the mage will rip through you otherwise. Cape Do you mean god cape or cloak? God cloaks offer a 3+ prayer bonus god capes over a 10+ magic defense bonus. Void Melee void isn't mentioned at all in the guide as its a very good way to dress if you've got a team of 5+ players. Tanking Guthans tanking is a lot more popular and effective when compared to standard barrows tanking. Heres 2 links to very well written guides on the subject. viewtopic.php?f=180&t=790494 viewtopic.php?f=180&t=801976 Zammy Warrior setup The ring is the same as bandos Cape same question as bandos Again lack of void which is extremely helpful as it has a high magic defense. Both could really do with a summoning section as they affect the inventory setup massively as well as how you spend the time between kills. Just thought I'd get the ball rolling on updating those 2 guides.- Agility to 60
Question, circus and penguin first. Wildy or Agility Arena depending on perference. Shouldn't cost you more then a k or so. Just take cakes and a t bird- Buying a New Computer.
What's the psu? I couldn't see brand, specs or model name. That why I was a bit worried about it. Looking it the specs on there website its going to be 220W which is enough for a 4830, but doesn't leave to much wiggle room. But I like I said I'd wouldn't get anything with a 9100GS when possible. Looking over Dell's Outlet I found a nice deal (link) $609 i7 920 4gb ram 500gb hdd *cough*3450 *cough* (sucks, but I can find any reviews of the 9100GS to compare with) The extra 4gb of ram on the AMD Px4 build is more of a gimick as 99% of users won't use 4gb let alone 8gb.- Games You Think Should be Movies
Bioshock would be interesting. FEAR would be one hell of a horror film if done right. Silent Hill 3 could make an amazing horror film, young female hosiptals, cults and strange freaky creatures. Silent Hill the movie was questionable as it didn't go deep enough into a solid story line. Resident Evil 4 was pretty different in terms of zombies and would be interesting as would the resident evil game which had the zombie zoo animals. Dead Rising if only they could do it without getting done for copying Dawn Of The Dead. HL2 anyone? MGS would be awesome at least with 1 and 2 (3 was a bit questionable in terms of film conversion and I've not played 4). There more, but I can't think of them atm. - Fast and relatively cheap FLETCHING xp?
