Veracs is nice, but the rare places it was good its now 2nd best. The only boss which I would consider veracs over whip would be the giant mole. KQ, whip (or GS) and rune cbow with diamond (e) bolts makes for a faster kill and you can use a shield for both meaning you last longer. All the other bosses are better tackled with whip+rune defender or whip+shield or using other methods altogether. Barrows is ok with veracs if your 90+ melee stats but most perfer the easier more cost effective maging option.

If its not a fast goal collect sand and seaweed. Once you have enough for a nice chunk of exp pot to make glass. Its nice exp and will net you a tidy profit. Last time I checked mith superheating was profitable.

I don't normally get involved with the whole Mac vs PC debate but I feel I must. Before you post anymore be every careful how you phrase yourself. Your trying to push your opinion and the medias opinion across as fact, then you say its your preference. Macs aren't perfect for everyone its just a matter of opinion. The whole a Mac is better then a PC in everyway comes from poorly thought of ads, fan boys and elitists (if it costs more it must be better). If your not careful all the helpful people will leave this topic and it will become a massive Mac vs PC flamefest. Just take the 30 seconds to post a screenshot of your Add/Remove Programs list and try using CCleaner. If you give up on Windows you may as well give up on computers as there will always be something which requires a bit of effort and thinking regardless of OS.

my post says that the tool is expired. I have tried to use that tool four times. It is expired. Frankly, I am not interested in installing any more symantec products on my computer anyway. If anyone else is intending to post in this thread please also note that the Symantec solution to the problem of an expired tool also didn't work. Strange I've never had it says its expired :ohnoes: The trouble with the command line option is norton leaves traces everywhere. I'd try clares tool if it doesn't work I have no idea. Never had any trouble removing norton. What version is it your trying to remove? I would try the normal routes though. Unistall the live updater, then norton via CCleaner or Add/Remove programs. At which stage its normally just a case of checking for any services and removing any dead registry files. Take a screenshot of the program list on add/remove programs. I'm guessing something else is going wrong.

Ya, i don't think you're allowed to have familiars when in building mode. Best to just use the butler. If your using a workshop then you can take a familiar, doors of course require build mode. But larders and tables can be done with a familiar and save a far bit of time and money.

Why the double requirements? All the bold ones are included in the other quests. Why not have the quest cape as a requirement instead of the separate quests, since its a master cape it would make sense. Add have completed the champion challenge and have a fire cape. Needs more detail on obtaining and reduce the attack, prayer, range and strength bonuses, plus 10 yea plus 20 is too great for a single item.

Depends how they spawn. I always try to circle the 90's so that the others stack behind. Yea kill the 22's if there not stacked as they are annoying as hell on the higher levels. Always pray magic when the 360's are out or you'll get raped. IMO the only hard rounds are the last few with the 90's, 180 and the 360 as it require a bit of luck and skill to get them in the right locations. The only really hard bit is Jad and hes the whole reason I haven't got a fire cape.

No, no it isn't Real combat you range and mage from a distance, you can run in do damage and be out of range of the counter, you can eat, you can heal, freeze and truly use the triangle. 4 mages on 1 ranger in full karils aren't going to damage the ranger much at all with magic but in MA the mages win outright. Numbers always win in this game, like I said if you spam one of there units with all of yours you always win this can be repeated to win 99.9% of games. Regardless of the special units, triangle or anything else. Even the most basic RTS have ranged and no ranged units. They also have the ability to select more then one unit at a time and normally try to reward strategy over unit spamming. How many rangers and mages do you see getting within melee range for there first attack in normal combat? Like I said its impossible for the engine to select more then one unit time so, why make a RTS where you can only have one unit selected at a time? Its already less of a RTS more of a TBS as you have to take it in turns to move units.

Green dragons will always be better. I'd guess 250k+ per hour.

TBH there are far less crashers since tricking came out. I tanked for a 120+ team (5 120+ attackers and me tanking) for 4 hours and never once saw more then 1 person at the door. The only crashers you might get are 100+ masses (I lol'd when I was scouting as the largest mass was 10 man with lvl 85+'s) but these know better and will soon leave if they even dare to enter the room. Zammy is never full so so never get crashers and like I said bandos is quiet as hell now. So theres little reason for an AGS and no reason for it over a BGS if your over lvl 120.

EDIT: Too much luck based.... 1 3/4 kills, not a single hit above 37. Next trip, such garbage hits that I've soloed one with 2 sharks left. Sounds like your doing something wrong. A BGS spec on the first makes for easy killing the second is more of a grind, but if you finish it the spec is ready for the 3rd. With my measy stats (at the time all sub 85 on melee stats) I lucked a 3 kill trip or 2 and normally get the 2nd kill (about 60% of the time). Its all about timing, understanding there attack pattern (this allows you to time walking and eating just as you hit and before they hit you) and a massive amount of luck.

For the first week or so theres going to be a big shift. After the scare has died down a lot of items will reach there pre 26k mark. Items like AGS and D claws will drop closer to similar priced items of the same power (if this isn't fixed I expect AGS to hit Sara if not Zammy levels). This is a guess but I expect BGS to rise close to zammy levels pretty soon as there will be a lot of people trading AGS's for BGS as there a better all round boss weapon (5 BGS's is far better for a boss battle then 5 AGS's imo). 2 hits of 60 vs a 50 hit lowering the bosses defense so everyone else hits, one helps you the other helps you and your team. D claws are going to be fun to watch as I have no idea, but should they hit 5m I'm going to have a play with them. As for the food it should drop in price as will potions, ammo and possibly runes. Barrows like d claws will be interesting to watch. I'm guessing this will be turned back fast though as its fubar'd a lot of the game. It killed 2 prayers, all high cost pking gear (1m+ items really), the whole pk'ing style people used and still didn't fix tricking.

I was mulling this over and the more and more I think about it the more it seems the better option. Replace the RTS (real time strategy) with a TBS (turn based strategy). The select single unit is fail for a RTS, but with a TBS its ideal as your never allowed to control more then one at a time anyway. This can also emphasize the different styles. Mages and rangers could do damage from a few squares away, but both being weaker then they are now to melee. But that kinda of kills the whole "OMFG they made a RTS within RuneScape?!?!?". Personally I was hoping for something more like a chess game, but then again isn't that what armies of [insert the world of RS] is about?

For ice trolls my guide (link) is pretty much a newer version of truthscapes one, the only difference is I just need to add form results into it (they've changed since truthscapes guide and its not longer available). As for void is about 80 points per hour (highest boat) give or take 10 depending on luck.

Ouch this is a another bad update. Seriously they need to start fixing the old tweaks before they make new tweaks. Fix the concept of 26k'ing, fix the summoning tab, fix MA, truely fix the font (its still not the original) then change other things. They could have simply added the need to risk 26k but be holding 1m+ in items and reduce the drop rate for repeated foes. This way yes you could still trick, but PJ'ers, getting skulled and other mishaps would happen. Instead they kill how PvP has been done for years. People have always protected items in PvP for as long as I can remember. This kills a lot of the ecomony too people have saved for the more expensive useful items to use in PvP no theres no demand for them. If this isn't changed fast I see AGS dropping and BGS increasing, D claws, D bow and all PvP armours and weapons will dive. Seriously a very poor thought update :shame: O and anyone else up for 76k tricking? jk
