No the magic secateurs only improve your yield, it doesn't lower the chances of disease. But are you sure that the Scarecrow isn't absolute protection? Flowers and scarecrows have never failed me, but maybe it's just me.

The fastest way is the world 66 law company, but you'll lose huge amounts of cash. You could also try world 99 company, but I don't know how fast they are. As for the othe question, you'll need to be level 66 to win cash if you pay the average.

However, those times are variable, and aren't always the same (at least for me).

You can't safespot it, you must kill it with the secateurs. However, (this is just a wild idea) you could lower its health with magic/ranged and then kill it with the secateurs.

I'm fairly sure that coifs give better exp than the bodies, you might try them as well. However, they are harder to make.

Watering your plants in the middle of the grow cycle only prevents them from getting diseased, but your scarecrow is already doing the job, so you are fine. The only other thing that can improve your harvest is using supercompost (you already are), and using the magical secateurs from Fairy Tale.

Tip.it's Bestiary says that ther are no ghosts on Miscellania, maybe you meant Morytania. You'll need to do the Priest in Peril Quest in order to get there. (To go to Miscellania you need to do Fremmenik Trials, by the way)

Nope, but you'll maybe need an antifire shield/pot to get to them, as you'll have to go at least through a cave full of the adults (asuming you'll use a safe spot -not 'safespot'- in the Taverley dungeon where there are Babies and no adults). But as for the babies alone, they have no breath weapon.

A level 27 with dragon cannot be a macroer. A random level 3 with a party hat might be one, and will be seen as such by most the players.
