well i got the idea because i was like "well we cant have 100's of stalls in varrock or whatever can we? ya kinda like a expansion to the market but YOU set the prices.

kinda like a player owned stall but more ideal. The Idea: the basic idea is that there will be 3 stones 1 in adougne, 1 invarrock and 1 in falador. These stones have these options...Buy,market and search. The Options: Search basicly when you search the stone a menu will open. It will be a long list of items that other people have sold that you can buy and it will also have a search option for the item you want. Market the next option is where you can set up your item to the market list and other people can buy it you can set this item as bid (so people can bid for it) or buy it for a certain price. you can choose the bid price (if bidding is on for that item and you can choose to bid how much) and the buy price. and you can set when to stop the bidding time. Buy you can choose eather bid for a item or to just buy it. when you buy a item it will go to your inventory. other info when the bid time is over and nobody bidded for your item it will go to your bank and you will get a message saying so. or if someone did bid for the item it will go to there bank and they will get a message. the item will be listed forever until the bid time is over or if someone buys it or if you take it off. it will also ask you for your pin number if you have one when selling or buying a item. all items in the list will only be from people in that world. people can only 1 item listed at a time. if you switch worlds your item will be switched to that world item list. also to keep flood control lower you need to buy a marketing license which will cost 10k or something. you can also sell noted items in the market. the markets will of course be for free members also Problems that could happen -1 problem is that the list could be extremely big and be resizing and cause lag while in it in w2 or something. i will add more stuff later most likely and ill make up a fake of how it will look like >

i still support... but i got a better idea about how to do it: there will be a extra option in the portal "pick house" and it will let you pick what house you want to switch it to so you can have more then 1 house...be kinda odd though i guess also.. but basicly it changes the house and also you can like examine the deed so it will show information like: -house style -number of rooms -rooms in it but it would still cause problems if people scam house deeds...

good guide... you should add 1 more location though the house portal at w6 because alota people r usually there and people with high con have parties there and when they log off or stop the party when people go out of the portal they spam like "nooooo!" or something a billion times.

No, the penguins have nothing to do with that. yes when you first start it he says a monster scared away the other shearers he hired... and when u finish the quest u can tell him that it isnt a monster it was just 2 penguins hiding as a sheep that was scaring away the other shearers or something like that i did it on my noob account after the update \

ya that means they decay (becomes weaker) and u can only trade em at 0 or 100 (kinda like crystal bow/shield)

there are some unreachable searchable rocks in area 51.. i mean the gnome glider :-$ maybe there hidding dead bodies under those here rocks

i dont use the abbysal i use zanaris bank and its fairy ring to tele to karajama to make nats its pretty good... (note: you dont need to have the high farming /herblore lv to use the fairy rings) so i dont have to worry about pkers.

i like rcing since i make all my money by making nats... farming is the most boring skill
