How much do they cost? ITs probably cheaper to buy a laptop and have the ease of use than to buy a psp just for websurfing. Ive used my phone to connect to forums and I can tell you lack of a qwerty keyboard makes it pretty much usless. The psp dosent appear to have ANY keyboard.

I have personal convos via 2-way I dont consider it childish if someone monitors my convo. As for cell phones the GSM network is encrypted the calls are not stolen someone handed their convo over to the media and they are perfectly right to do that. I have often thought about buying $10,000-$15,000 worth of harddrives for the sole purpose of blackmail. I could probably make a few grand from the blackmail not to mention I would still have $10,000-$15,000 worth of hardware to sell on afterwards. Some routers have the ability to block websites per Per Schedule. The IP address for your router will be something like 192.168.0.1 You need to find out what make the router is and then see if you can find documentation for that type of router this will probably tell you what the default ip address/password of the router is. If you do try and connect to the router only to find your brother has passworded it so you cant get in there will be a reset button hidden on the router wich will be a small hole you have to poke something thru this will reset the router and remove any password setup to keep you out. Beware that some routers reset ALL setting when the button inside the hole is pressed it would be best to read the documentation before resetting the router. Thats all I can think of for now.

Thats pretty pathetic. I know of incidents were people have killed them selfs over 419 scams or even been murdered by the 419scammers themselfs but these incidents involve hundreds of thousands of dollars. many webhosts wont allow you to resell on their shared accounts you normally need a reseller account. http://www.webhostingtalk.com is the best place for advice on this.
