in a nutshell heres basically what you need to learn: -HTML -CSS(not necessary but highly recommended). -FTP and uploading Skills -how to host a site -maybe graphic design/dreamweaver -microsoft frontpage. idk what else. but you can always practice using ewisoft.com's website builder. then you can analyze the code and learn from that.

whats your system specs? i woudlnt advise using camtasia as it does lag regardless. also are you runnign more programs while doing this? if you are you shouldnt be. use adaware and spybot to remove harmful spyware and trojans etc. that can slow down your computer. upgrade your computer if necessary. i dont know what else to say, but i would really need your system specs.

wmiprvse[Caution: Executable File] = Part of Windows Operating system, hogs memory you can get rid of it. it is just a piece of useless security i believe. smss[Caution: Executable File] = soemthing that you may want to keep as it is highly needed for the security of your computer. but scan the file for a virus/trojan because it could be either good or bad. winlogin[Caution: Executable File] = the login script for windows. Most of it is junk. and it would probably be a waste of my time to do this. did you buy this computer second hand? because if you did soem could be spyware. and trojans. if not i would still advise using Adaware and spybot S&D. then run NAV or AVG(specifically in system32). i would advise that if you use AVG you quarantine the *possible* viruses/trojans, and take it to a locally trusted computer workshop for some proffessional help. Because i have never seen these many resources being used before. even on a new mchine. is your machine being laggy? slow? sluggish? is it running to the capacity of which you epected it? whats your system spec? just surious.

PhpBB Free (that this forum uses) http://www.phpbb.com These are only the major forums that people use, but thee are others like Yapbb and stuff but most forums use phpbb and IPB. but if your going to choose, you may want to hoston somethign like forumer as they do have a pretty good program and also if you choose phpbb they have great skins collection but for IPB they have abetter hcks and stuff but not necessarily good skins. but it really is up to oyou. if your looking for paid hosting forums: 1. Vbulletin http://www.vbulletin.org(the best) 2. phpbb http://www.phpbb.com (generally the cheapest of the three) 3. IPB http://www.ipb.com it really is up to you, but make sure to have a plan that includes no ads,poups,a domain name,subdomains etc. because you may want to recall your site example: Forums.runescapesite.com or boards.runescapesite.com also i wouldnt really bother making another runescape site if you dont plan to keep up with it and keep it up to date like some other sites, and your forum wouldnt be nothing without a main site. there is ALOT of competition, so i would highly reccommend that you have somethign more than usual to offer.

^ I could too. there was also the class cleric. and TKS was the best for awhile, Zonghui was the first to 99 strength, and at the time was considered a sort of Zezima. there was Zar Family2 which was the first "Kryptix" who basically owned everyone in site. HMMM, before rune plate there was chain which was UBER expensive, you barely ever saw any1 with it and if you did they were either a pker or had some really good stats because everyone wore addy plate. The knife bug came around allowing you to equip knives along side another weapon and it added an extra 2 or 3 to your weapon power. Who Da Best was prolly the most noted for this because he used it in the wilderness and hit 30's on people, he was temp banned. Not to mention that he was prolly the first to hit a 30+ The original arrows were alot smaller and petite looking compared to todays. there were no iron,mtih or steel arrows back then, along there was no members. "The monster to beat back then was a lesser demon/greater demon" you used to be considered fortunate if yu had a rune object Gearshifter was the first person to max there combat at 123. Autoers were next to non eistant and only a few people had autoers. the first pking clan was the cbbage patch kids, they were a group of two or three people who stood at the cow fields by the crafting guild, and this is when there wasnt a wildy, and people used to walk by and the CPK used to shoot you to death. lol it was funny to see. you used to not be able to see peoples combat levels unless you were in the wild. this was a disadvantage if you were pking at a pkers hotspot where there was a huge crowd, Example: Varrock. and you entered the wild and there infront of you were a bunch of people your level. thsi was much before multi combat and single player combat zones, abck then any1 that was within your level could attack you. the best weapon in f2p was the r2h, the best members weapon was dragon axe. Members didnt ocme until much later in rsc. the owners Paul and Andrew actually made appearances and talked to people back then, they used to even let you add them to your list. if you were caught for swearing the censors would hange the swear to CABBAGE. back then you coud talk in caps. if you were caught for saying or soing somethign bad the moderators would send you to the black hole. this is where you could log in but you couldnt do anything you were just in a big empty space below the miners guild. the disk of returning was something that you could buy froma dwarf and you could vist the black hole, and to return you used the disk.

maybe it was a bench with IA. its pretty good...i actually woudlnt mind that for myself. it is a very nice compter, but fairly cheap. hmmm...maybe it has viruses,trojans,spyware etc. idk thats hwy i dont buy electronic stuff off the internet. but its up to you. it says it has wifi and a LAN card. :

well 450 mHz isnt exactly the best nowadays, and it will run RS but it would be uber Laggy. if you could i would upgrade to a newer processor, with 800 mHz, not to mention maybe a 512+ memory boost. then you should be fine. but the price tag isnt exactly right. i personally wouldnt buy it, im sure you could buy one for much cheaper

yep it will, have fun. I have the same Computer at my house and it is one of the best buy's IMO.

just make it in imageready its faster that way, but you can alsways make the background in photoshop and transfer it into imageready.

well for starters, if it is flash save it as .swf. and if it is an imageready or nonflahs related image, save it as .gif. then upload to photobucket,imageshack(yes it does work)
