The electoral votes are granted from the electoral college. The peoples' vote carries absolutely no weight. A recount wouldnt have effected the outcome, since electoral votes are never miscounted (there are only a mere 538 electoral votes, and only 270 to win). If you dont believe me, watch the next election on tv in 2008. Itll show the electoral votes increasing as they are put in. They are even counted as the voting occurs.

no presidents write their speaches (well, most of the time anyway). Its a commonly known fact. They dont try to hide the fact that no president writes his speaches either. Its not done by the secetary either. Its a hired position that holds alot of respect. Ok, i think we know what the responses are going to be. Bush sucks etc. I agree, he isnt a good president at all. But we dont need to write that 100 times, everyone already knows this and has said it on these fourms.

I believe the player actually needs to click the link and get more page hits for jagex to actually be paid. The ads set up are at a base pay, but for added profits they actually need to receive hits. That would put the average f2per at much less than 2$ a month.
