i think the more more boring rs gets the more people will want to be in clans, thats if they dont just quit. me for example, i dont play rs for anyother reason other then i like to war with my clan...

The Death Monkeighs has 4 admins that run our clan site. I guess they would be considered the leaders...works out pretty good though, we have 175+ members with 109 av f2p combat, and we are so very active. so im guessing this way of having more than one "leader" is a good way to do things.
