I believe there is a better one when you have done Lunar Diplomacy, on the lower parts of the pirate ship, there are barrels of swamp tar that you can take from too.

But that was before movements started to happen... :wink:

From RSC Im personally trying to not have an opinion about this thing before it comes out, it just seems like a worse version of IRC, unless they have something else special planned. If it is where F7 is for hotkeys, that would of sucked for F2p'ers "You must be on a member's server to do this" Good thing they thought ahead, on that point at least. I believe IRC and others will be used more due to what lack can be done on RS.

well, if it's a link to the topic then the moderator can click the link and judge for himself what to do with the topic in question. I don't know how it works with the report button but i guess online moderators get flagged or something when something occurs. Yes, reporting posts flag those mods that are online and can mod that forum the report is in. It provides a link to the topic and the comment the reporter gave so we can look into it. Mods then decide what to do with it based off of those.

Once he sees that I quit RS, there goes my head. I'll bake him a cake with the other ones as a bribe for my head.

In my personal experience, it was DI that crashed events that I attended and well we got nailed pretty hard and fast, no one saw it come. Mind you this was years back.

Dusty, keep up the great work. I had doubts that you would never be able to make it. But now I believe that you are able to complete it. Finish strong for me.

I personally have my respawn in Fally because as stated, if I die there is a better chance I could get my stuff because of the lack of people present. Also one helpful hint for those beginning thieves, I would thieve guards the live long day and when I get low enough, I would drop my coins and thieve again and perhaps die. People swarm my body looking for the gp but only see bones. I come back up, pick up the coins and get back to work. Note I was bored and know this is not the most efficient way but I liked it.

I never said I believed he has or has not done steroids. There is always the chance that he has, but he is innocent until proven guilty which Bud Selig should have done as Comm. That's what I have a problem with, not whether he did them or not. Oh and about Shaq, it could always be a chance that he used them too, because if you base off the fact that if your mass increases as you play sports which then means you used steriods. I don't take that is liable evidence in no way.

I find it exciting that someone could break the record again. Yes he may have the steroid stories following him (not saying its true that he used them, I have not done enough look into it) but come on, it's breaking a record. I was annoyed at Bud Selig, he was full of bull crap. Not attending the game of the century when the record is broken because he "may" have used roids is bogus. I was watching Baseball Tonight and Kruk gave a valid point. "Show up to the games and witness the feat that is about to happen, and if he did use roids, tell the press that you did not know of them at that time, and you were fullfilling the Commissioners duties and watching the games." Thats what I believe in.

The reason behind some of the names is because well the ranks were here a long time ago. There was no Jad or anything like that. Personally I think they are fine, because it doesn't matter on your post count to change your rank. If you really want to change your rank, that is what the rank competitions were for.

Just wanted to point out that Tifers make up Tip.it, so yeah I know what you meant but you point out two different groups. You first said Tifers as a whole, then switched it to a few members. So what is it? On other points, you will never obtain a Utopian Society with in a forum. There will always be disagreement to what people think (what you call discrimination.) People think skilling is more fun then combat and vice versa. While there is nothing wrong with having fun while playing a game with in the rules, people will always disagree with you. (I bet someone disagrees with the statement I just said :lol: ) Really you just have to get over the fact that it happens. About those who are emotionally "hurt" I wouldn't doubt that there a few people that could be by this. But if they are I would guess they are of the younger group that plays, and during that time period in life, you will get hurt. I personally have never been emotionally hurt from RS, never even realized it was a problem (I still don't think it is a problem to worry about.) If people are getting "hurt" on this game, then they are not ready to play. Trying to discourage other players is inevitably part of the game to some players. If they can't handle it, I don't believe they are mature enough to play with other people.

There is no real way to distinguish if the community is declining in age, but maturity I think can be seen with the naked eye. You may see alot of what you spoke of in the wild, cw, duel arena, etc, but as stated, people try to be the best and that is to look down on others to puff up yourself to make it "seem" you are the best. There is no way to really stop it, they aren't held liable for their actions and when people have almost no rules to go by, all heck breaks out loose.
