Dust devils are about as bad as a chance compared to time getting BA points. Sorry, but where does your information come from? As far as I know, jagex has never confirmed any drop rate etc. Stop saying these made-up possibilities... But if a jagex J mod told you it was 1/10000, I apologize. They said that it was the same chace as getting a champion scroll from an Imp, which is 1/10000. Err I never remember them saying that, the only thing I remember them saying was that it was the chance of zamorak giving up his evil ways. Actually they used both those phrases if I'm not mistaken.

The skillcape is at 99 it's the just the highest lvl thing you can do is 71 . I don't really care yet cause I'm only lvl 20 hunter.

Possibly an expansion of spells in f2p. Like up to waves? And for the crystal armour/weps, not really.. I recharged my cbow today and the lady metioned "not having enough power to make crystal hallies yet." Meh.. maybe JaGex will put some Red Bull in her drink tomorrow morning. :P

yeah I figured they were also hiding teh real updates in there. Just using teh excess use of teh word cabbage to cover it up. Looks liek we're getting new armour and new runes. \ We'll get teh real bts tomorrow... teh updates ARE NOT hidden in there. Do you have any proof of your belief? no. the quest is nearly as easy as rune mysteries quest so you might as well do it to have some fun.
