RSOF is one of the most... poorly thought out/created/moderated forum I've ever been to, for such an official and old game. Seriously, they get barely any traffic except for when something is 'going down.' Most of this crap isn't needed. The entire set up is absolutely ghastly.

Yeah, I'm wary to go anywhere with all this lag :s Jagex needs to implement a feature into their servers: (If.Server.Value=null; Extend Gravestone.timer=Server.Value=valid, add 15 minutes; Add Squeals of Fortune spins.value=50000; ) I also believe that most of Runescape's data scripts were written in Microsoft excel, copied and pasted into a paint file, corrupted, converted to Mp4. and inserted randomly into the servers.

Hi guys! I figured I'd make one topic instead of three. 1) I've never Nex'd before, but I've always wanted to. How user friendly is this end-game boss? If I have decent gear (I have 250m to spare on gear, but no POP armor :( ), do I have to worry about 1-hit deaths types of situations? Are RSOF Nex teams pretty solid, or are they really hit-or-miss? 2) Related to #1, I'm DG'ing for DG items, and I'm not sure what I should get next, for Nex. ;) I have Cmaul/staff/ OH rapier. I've heard she can be ranged, and range is my favorite combat, so I'd like to purchase Chaotic cbows MH/OH. Are these viable? Or is it not worth it if you have Royal? I do not have any DG shields, should I purchase one of those? 3) Is using the Taverly store method of training summon much more expensive than Kyatting? I mean, I assume it will be more expensive... but like 10 gp loss per secondary, vs. 300 gp loss per secondary. (Yak hide/Water tally). Money isn't really an object, I just don't want to waste money if in the end it adds a large cost to the project. 4) And finally.. Woodcutting. What is the 'noxpwaste' method for this skill? I've heard Artic Pines, but then I hear some people say it's not worth it, go for Ivy. I currently C2 floors 1-30 for DG and both Fish and WC. It adds a lot of time to the floors, but the xp/hr for Fish/wc is pretty handy. Thank you very much! An easy response to questions #1/2 is what would be an ideal set up for Nex :P If a DG shield is required, I'll just purchase that etc. You guys are the best!

I don't understand your spreadsheet. The percent of keys used column seems to indicate that you got the primus signet on your first kill. Sorry, I was making the .xls for my own information... I tend to write in shorthand 'code' that I understand, just because it saves time. I didn't think to translate it. I have the column keys used/purchased to account for the times when I die, I still want a key tally to be used, since the money is gone, however, it may not count as a kill. So I got Primus on the 21st kill, 21st key. However, Quintus I got on my 117th key, 97th kill XD XD XD. I died a lot before I figured out his lines attack. I don't understand your spreadsheet. It looks like it means "used x number of keys / bought x number of keys". but then just one number underneath makes it seem like he split it off into 2 columns, and forgot to change the heading. And I have terrible ADHD, so that's someone I'm likely to do anyways :P Edit: I love using prized pendants w/ DG. also wtf why do I do floors with random people >.< (30 minutes?!) I used all 80k from prized pendant on the floor.

You guys, don't be mean. I meant to put /sarcasm tags on my post. However, yes, they are correct- Tuna does technically heal more, if you have over 85 HP. In the future, the reason why you get posts such as this ^^ is because this forum is typically for more... theory based discussions. (I.e. what do you think about the way Jagex is making the game more real-word-money friendly, etc.) If you ever notice a glitch like this, you should be more than welcome to post it - however just make sure you're information is correct... Also beware that most people on this forum are incredibly hostile to anything and everything that isn't done %100 right, %100 of the time. Welcome to TIF :)

Thanks guys :P I was seriously freaking out - epic moment? I got the signet on my 3rd to last key from the 30m Squig loaned me... if I had run out of keys i woulda just been like "well shit... now what?"

Also, this little endeavor got me 99 summoning banked.

sigh you thought life was great, right? I have 400k to my name atm. 4 sextus keys left. After that I'll go do the hard clue scroll in my bank, then snort some keys of coke irl and blow my brains out.
