I'm geting ready to start training on lessers and I was wondering, which works better, a Rune scimy or Silverlight?

I go to the gym almost every day. When ever I have to take a break from it for a few weeks, I always want to easy myself back in, but thats stupid. See if you wate more than 24 hours, say 48 hours, your mucles will start to contract REALLY badly, depending on how much you did. So I find that I get about the same results eather way, but going every day dosn't hurt nearly as bad. My advice, go about every 24 hours. heres my typical routine, I have droped legs for my own resons. Bike for 10-15 min (30 min for a cardio workout) Bench press 4-5 sets of 5-8 reps depending on the weight and how i'm feeling that day curl 2 sets of 10 with 25 lb and 1 set of 8 with 30 lb triceps with 17.5 lb, (I don't have a set amount for those yet) shoulder press 40 lb 3 sets of 10 Thats all I do with free weights, I do alot more on macines but they are esentualy the same mucle groups For your abs There is a common misconception that sit ups are a good way to work out your abs, but I have found that doing several, targeted exercises works much better. They told the mother it wasn't her fault and that he made his choice. It was pretty ridiculous. Even if I was strictly religious, if I had a gay child, I'd simply say "Well, thats your choice...Remember what I taught you with religion your whole life, but if you can't get over it through prayer and whatnot, then you've made your choice and I hope you're happy with it!" and accept him/her...Not shun them like they're weird and did something bad. The mother essentially killed her son by not being understanding. Though I'm sure religious people will disagree with me and say it was his choice and la-de-da. Probably the most disturbing thing is one of the members of the forum said to the mother "Well, he made his choice. He's burning in Hell with the sodomites now." and she basically acknowledged that she understood that. Amazing. That website doesn't accept debate, though. I was going to ask them what the hell their problems were, but the rule said "NO DEBATE WELCOME! IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH US, LEAVE!" basically. Very Christian-like. I partialy agree. I don't beleave it's genetic but I don't belieave that it is purely choice eather. I think it's phycological, something that is burned into your brain by eather a tromatic even of some sort, wether it has to do with sexuality or not, or an acustomed life style, being around it alote, even apart from home.

You are contradicting your self. Jesus was "supernatural" or above nature. As such he was not confinde by the laws of nature. God created nature, don't you think he can work around it. In addition to his "supernatural-nature" christ was not partialy the God and Partialy Man, nor was he Man with the spirt of God within him, nor was he a man in whom the will of God intervined. He was FULLY God and FULLY man. The consept of the trinity is often missunderstood as a polytheism, but this is not so. IN MY MIND, I don't know if this is fact as the bible isn't very spicific on this subject and leaves much to interpritation, the trinity is the 3 PARTS of God. Actualy easter originated with lint, a 3 month sort of 'fast' typicly marked by the sacrifice of something we like, such as suger, meat, or even tv. It starts at the begining of the year and extends untill the second sunday of april, IE easter. This sacrifice is maintained to remind us daily of the sacrifice Jesus gave for us. That's much better, thanks. I'm sorry to have had you do it 3 times. I'm just not any good at this. You'll probalby notice I made one small change. I took out the red circle behind the star, I didn't really like how it looked, so I just pixeld it out and transformed it into more lens flare.

Yet another wonderful piece of work. Thank you. But I do have 3 small compaints on this. The main one is 'gentle' I didn't mean for you to put the ' there, I was just pointing out the difference. My other 2 are very related. 1, the star is to bright, it drowns out the rest of the text, and 2, 'Rapture' is to dark, you can't see it against the greay background. If you can fix those that would be great. If not, I'll see if I can. Edit: I think I fixed it. But I wanted to get your opinion. Please be as honest and picky as possible. Remember, this is my first edit on anything. as compared to I would still like for you to take a whack at fixing the text please. I like the gradiant on mine but it is VERY rough. I simply used a tool and tutched up a few of the edges but it's much thicker than I like.

That is largly the fault of jagex. They have obviously targeted the game toward younger players, players who simply don't have the developed social skills to work well in a clan or society. I have noticed that most of the extremly successful leaders have come from way back when in RSC. I think this is for 2 reasons. 1. They know the in's and out's of runescape. They know not only how to play, but how to take advantage of someone else's weaknesses. 2. RSCers are usual older people, 18+. I myself have played sence september 2001, about 9 months after it came out. This has alowed me to see what is acceptable in the RS community and what is not and gives me a huge advantage when I go for a clan.

He never said that he and his freind gave out there passwords. He said that SOME people did it there. As far as crackers go, they really wouldn't work very well on runescape. Have you ever typed your pass in wrong more than 3 time? If you have then you know you have to wate 5 min before you can try again. There is no way to get around this what so ever. You may think that you could use a proxy but you can't. The server reads the username and blocks it rather than your ISP. There would be no practical way of doing this. There are literaly millians if not billions of possibilities from 5-16 letters, numbers, and spaces. There is no way that a cracker could figure out the pass in any reasonable amount of time with 5 min delaies ever 3 attempts.

HA! yeah right! jagex wouldn't be that kind. For members there would probably be some item you could buy to sharpen your stuff for you. F2p would eather have to take their stuff to a profesional, I.E. The dealer of that item, or they would have to just get a new one all together. But realy, this wount happen.
