Suddenly Jagex seems so desperate when I had read this :D

I've got the long term goal of getting 99 in every F2P skill. If I had to get 120 (with 104M XP), I'd quit before I got to level 100. The experience rates are too slow, and I actually have a life. Same here. Life is to me more important than 104 something million exp.

If Jagex decided to do so for the other skill, except Dungeoneering, I think a lot of people would be upset. All the hard work for that 99, the maximum level, would feel a lot less worth. People have also got used to that level 99 is the maximum level. So changing it seems quite stupid in a way. However the result will be, It will be really interesting to see how this develops.

That is true. This skill is really very different from the other ones, in many ways. It's more like a minigame. I however have to say that it sounds a little strange still if all skills except one, this one, has a maximum level of 99. Dungeoneering's 120 seems to stick out too much.

Edit, newer post: It seems like the question about a possible new skill cap have got it's answer. A big thank you to Elevenicy for posting this: I believe Mod Emilee, but of course we can still keep discussing :thumbup: What do you think, is this good or bad? Will level 120 stick out with all the other skills at a maximum of 99? Or is Dungeoneering such a nice and special skill it deserves a higher max level? Original post: After the release of the new skill, Dungeoneering, I checked the skill guide as soon as I had logged on. And I got very surprised when I checked the milestones and item binding section. Check for yourselves: What does this mean, do you think? What do "True skill mastery" mean? Are we going to get a new maximum level? I ask you, the community, since I myself have no answer. I don't think this is a bug though, since both the maximum levels are 120, and not a random number. This seems quite seriously done to me and I think that it is possible that Jagex have revealed something by mistake here. Discuss.

The double exp weekend has started! On my first day of this weekend I bought up almost 40k of pure essences of which I have already made almost 7,5k into blood runes. I have played for a bit more than 2 hours and have already earned 80k bonus runecrafting xp! I also reached 1% to my goal of 99 rc! NoMy modifier is now at 1.9x and I won't waste this bonus xp. So it's just to keep rcing!

If I hurry home from school I will be able to come :). See you there, Zokot!

Hello there! I have now finally completed my big goal of all skills level 70+. This is a goal which have taken me 2 and a half years to complete and now I'm finally done with it. My final 70 was Summoning. Rate it as you wish (otherwise I wouldn't have posted it here) :) Thank you :) !

70+ in all skills achieved! After 2 and a half years I finally achieved this big goal of mine: Thank you to everyone who came and said gratz :) Now I'm going for 99 Runecrafting, my first 99. Wish me luck, I might need it. I will have to do a lot of GOP and runecrafting if I should reach my goal.

You have prepared a lot for the exp weekend, I clearly see that :). Myself I will buy some pure essences today so that I can train as much rc as simply possible during the weekend. The best of luck to you. I hope you get a lot of extra farm and herblore xp!

Ready for it?! 3,600 pouches per hour for me. But if you're fast, 3k is really good still, so expect 3k and lower. I only can achieve 3,600 pouches at maximum speed with mousekeys at about 25 seconds per trip to the obelisk, and paying 100% attention of course. Remember, every second counts when it comes down to 25-30 seconds per trip. That is incredible. AWESOME. I got to start learning how to use those mousekeys :P

What about Sailing? No, just joking :). I have pretty much no idea about the new skill. It could be anything. The only thing that I can say that I think it will include is discoveries. A lot of new discoveries that will make us see RS in a whole new way. I don't know why or how, but I just think so.

The Ad in Disguise article was a great one. I remember the gnome copters and the video ads. I thought it was a good thing since it gave F2Pers a good view of the P2P game, but now after I have read this article I realize that it might not have been good at all. Those who have decided to play and stay F2P is of course not happy with this update. Still, I can understand Jagex. There would be no RuneScape if Jagex didn't make any money. However why not just advertise on the main site? It is truly as it say in the article that this kind of advertising destroys the gaming spirit. Not by that terribly much, but noticeable.

this i believe, unless you have all the time in the world And nobody can say they have that unless they're dead. And when you're dead it is very hard to play Runescape. I can understand how you think though. It always feel especially good to achieve something when you know that you have done it all by yourself. It is just that if you should do like this with everything you do, it takes incredible much more time than if you simply buy the raw materials. I myself don't find putting down all that time fun. But we're all different and I think you should keep going on as you do. Train RC the way you want not as others do or think you should train it. We all play to have fun, not because we want to play just like all others do.

I think the change is a good one. It makes combat better and also cooler. It also makes you more motivated to train your combat skills, since instead of getting a max hit of +1, you now get one of +10. That's quite a big, visual difference. I also believe it is better for the new players who join the game.

I'm going to train as much RC as I possible can during this weekend. 2x rc xp is awesome. Thank you Jagex :D!

I might actually try to write a small story. According to myself I'm quite a good story writer.
