I don't get how its advertising at all.

No i haven't found any proof of runescape being involved in comic relief before we get started. But would you condone it if it happened? We already know Jagex donate a hell of a lot of money to charities in the UK, however, they don't make it overly public to a large extent, and keep it well away from their game making side. This would be great publicity for them, and could give them a really good reputation, not only to gamers but to people outside the gaming community. Now i'm not suggesting they just simply donate £200,000 to the cause, because they probably already do that. No, i know the dev teams and business teams at Jagex are some very creative people and could definately come up with some very good ways to not only get themselves involved, but get us, the rs gamers involved. How good would it be, if jagex made a way we the gamers could donate to comic releif through Jagex. Now it may be unclear what i mean by this, i will try to explain. Alot of the rs gamers are between 13-18, and many will have parents who don't let them go ahead and donate their own money to comic releif. They do however, let them buy red noses, support people raiising money and the like yes? Well, what if rs gamers could buy Red noses ingame? For around 20p, or even ingame GP, and get a bright red nose in runescape for a short time, much like a holiday item (one per char) and event (much like thanksgiving was). Then instead of donating straight money to charity, jagex could say something along the lines of 'for every red nose we sell ingame we will donate '£' to the cause.' Now you may say this would be a waste of time and effort, but think about how many extra people getting involved with the charity, the good this could do, and it could get alot of people giving who would normally be unable to give. I am only brainstorming here, but what i would love to know is your thoughts, mainly about jagex getting involved in such a huge project, and about your willingness to be involved if they did so. From my personal experience (and i've used alot of SC armour) you only need one part, which is why use the part which either costs least to recharge, or which the item it would replace gives the least bonuses. For example, if just regular power training, use the helm, as its the cheapest to recharge and most helms used while regular training give very small bonuses. However, if your slaying with a black mask, use the platelegs, these are the next cheapest and are in a slot that gives the next lowest bonuses.

St andrews house and st andrews road are the real names of the road and building of jagex hq, whether or not they were named after andrew, or whether he moved there for the name, i do not know, but it is fun.

^ No, your hotzone time will save to the last minute if you log/leave hotzone. For example, if you log after 3 mins and 1 second, you will still have 3 mins of hotzone time, but if you log at 3 mins and 59 seconds, you will also have 3 mins of hotzone time.

What that do? Takes you to the garden minigame (forgot name) next to the shanty pass, just leave and its about 20 steps away.

Same deal with AGS, only more expensive and less powerful. D claws > AGS in every way one would use an AGS. I'm confused how you come to the conclusion about ags, d claws are very useless, but ags still has the power to hit 50+ very commonly, and its slow speed comes at an advantage when killing a boss which you need to eat alot at over quicker weapons because you can eat/pot between hits and still hit the same, whereas you lose the att turn with other weps. AGS (and all other GS's) are also very good when you get few hits against an enemy, and need the big few hits.

Claws suck for almost everything non-pvp really. They arent very useful in cw at all, theres much more useful specials out there in your price range, they would be good for boss hunting IF you only used the spec then went back to BGS for the killing (bandos and zam gwd, un-usable for arma, maybe useful for sara but is it worth selling all that for one GWD boss?) Imo, dont get them.

thats kind of what i thought. I thought maybe they had codenamed it mechscape just to differentiate it from runescape, but not to give too much away except the futureistic part of it.

What are the definitions of the parts in the 'type' and 'classes' columns, maybeknowing those could help figure out what type of trademark they have registered for, so then know what it is.

what if you "accidentaly" fall asleep at your computer while doing this? You wouldn't get in trouble for falling asleep at the computer would you? Also you're rigiht sometimes mind runes do sell. Technically if your asleep next to your computer your not afk, but if your afking then it is breaking the rules and i'd personally say, doing this is as bad as using a bot/autoing the levels, and should be temp banned if you do it.

Maybe a new funorb game, or you could be dead right, the name for mechscape, and the name 'mechscape' could just be a codename they used for it.

Darn, master smithers posts are great on this thread so far, i agree with every point made in them, something really needs to be done with the merch clans and price flaws, surely if they devoted a team of just 5 people to finding these clans and shutting their rs accounts down they could easily cripple the manipulation.

Everywhere thats multi on regular worlds is multi on PVP worlds as far as i know.

The G.e works and updates on complted trades only and not on waiting offers, so an item becomes frozen when an item is either set at a much lower price than it should be and nobody is willing to sell on g.e, or if an item's price is set too high and nobody is willing to buy for that price. As well as that, many items have price floors and caps, a minimum and maximum price it can go.

Just like how it's not fair that Bill Gates gets to invest billions of dollars, while I only get to invest hundreds, right? Those players earned enough money to put them at a point where they can use that money to make even more faster. That's typically how things work, the more money you have - the more money you can make. The rich get richer, the poor get poorer, applies here incredibly well (rich merching the items, poor losing out on the items)

I was pjing around, figured I was safe so disabled prot but I don't know how he could attack me. As I said I think he was milliseconds before me. @Mister, it said when I logged in. I took the phone, ran safe but I got attacked just before I was safe. Milliseconds I swear you. Then boom boom boom byebye rs career. Don't Pj in all that gear, your bound to be targeted by alot of people angry at you for pjing (especially clawing) And always keep prot on untill you know your definately safe, even i know that and ive never pk'd. All i can say is try skill for some cash for gear, then barrow/gwd/dk.

Put simple, they buy as many of an item as they can afford at max price, which makes the item rise in price, which then makes other people try to buy the item thinking they can make a quick buck. The clan will then sell their stock of the item at max while other people are still trying to buy them, making a profit. The con is that alot of stupid people who try to run along with this end up losing money when the price crashes to lower than they paid after the item is dumped by the clans. How to stop it? Educate people into not panic buying without knowing what they are buying into.

You should show the spot on the other side of the entrance for if people get more than one demon on them at that spot. Its a good guide, works well.

Yeah i ddi as said above, it felt like 120 coal was going to take ages to run all the way to the coal trucks but didn't take as long as i thought it would. Thread can be closed.

One of the medium tasks says to 'transport a full load (120 peices) of coal to the coal trucks in seers village' Does this mean i have to put the 120 in at the end near the coal trucks mine, or can i just put 120 in any coal truck outside of seers village and then get the task completed?

^ The game hasn't really grown alot, its more that people aren't leaving, and in the long run getting the 99's. To be honest, maxing out is nothing special anymore, heck, to me, anybody in the top 'lot' nowdays aren't anything special either, don't even know any of there names anymore, gone are the days when it was the power 3-4 at the top, im bored of seeing people max now.

If i had all the skillcapes, i would have put this in the Questionaires sub-forum, but thats just me. =D> Personally, it would be none, i dont like the look of skillcapes really, fire cape looks so much better.
