Also, Notting hill carnival is on the same weekend, making accommodation even more scarce. It won't make it jam packed, but it may make it harder if Jagex hold this in the same region of London or around the same region.

I was expecting somewhere around £30. £40 would be pushing it and I would have to think hard. Add onto that travel, accommodation if needed, food and drink, your talking £120-150. That's two weeks wages, no chance.

You would be surprised actually how many Runescape players are British. From my experiences I have noticed much more people from Britain than any other country. If there is going to be a planned meet up i doubt anything will begin to be arranged until after tickets go on sale. I am also trying to get some of the staff to meet up, i'm sure we would meet with other TIFers inside. But you are right, until the tickets are out, I doubt anybody is 100% on going.

Well we knew 18 for alcohol. I'm hoping to go, may take an irl friend of mine who used to play rsand have a night out in London at the same time. Also trying to convince staffies to go.

The marketplace move is mainly because there is very little activity there since the G.E. Debates i gather it is because it has also slowed down in activity, and as general discussion has grown since Debates was first introduced, it has caught up on the mature debates, and two places for them is not needed.

Sent my by-post vote in yesterday. Lib dem obviously. Today i got such an annoying leaflet through my door for the BNP. It had a picture of the guy (the leader who i don't know the name of) at the bottom, right next to a picture of Winston Churchill. One of the greatest Brits ever get put next to him. And the irony? Winson's iconic speech of 'we will fight them on the beaches', and the first line of this BNP leaflet, 'We will withdraw all our troops!' :rolleyes:

I also agree wit this too and it is a good idea. I ask, if you feel like debating the skill/mini-game thing further, I suggest making another topic for it.

I'd rather wait for an answer from the person who posted the image. As if you look a few posts up he says it was wrong. You may/may not be right.
