I have the list updated, and there is already 49 games so the weaker ones may soon start dropping off the end. I'll post it tomorrow.

True, but they are in two different places. 4th or 7th.

The Official Unofficial Top Game Franchises of All Time
Aye, i didn't notice there was a both the name and the abbreviation while editing. *edits it* EDIT: And that is what makes a good franchise great. If a franchise has had a bad game, then it isn't going to be one of the best of all time. Consistency can be the key EDIT: Valeyard, remember it's franchises not individual games. So Age of empires 2 and Age of mythology count as one franchise, the 'Age of' Franchise.

E3 2010
I kind of lost interest in E3 when it turned into less of a convention and more into a press release show. Without the public play testing future games, I don't really think much of what they show. They may as well release everything on-line.

Guinness World Records Names Top 50 Game Franchises Of All Time
I agree. One thing i notice, is FIFA at 18, with Pro Evo at 50. Maybe not in the last one or two years, but for the 10+ prior to that, almost anybody who played the two said Pro Evo felt more fluid and realistic and was the better game.

Things that annoy the HELL out of you.
Then the company annoys me for making it possible to play them at such a volume that breaks them. It's really your fault for playing them too loud. Sure, they make it possible, but it's going to damage the headphones over time, and it'll be worse for your hearing. As for things that annoy me, people who play music too loudly with headphones on, on a public bus. What's the [bleep]ing point of the headphones if I hear it anyway? And as an extension, those who play their [cabbage]ty music loudly on a public bus, knowing everyone else is going to hear it. As an extension to this, people who don't even bother with the headphones and just play music off their phone while walking around. But some bleeding headphones, i don't want to hear your music while i'm in the supermarket!

kid gets detention for eating a jolly rancher
It's a rule. Maybe the punishment was slightly over the top, but some form of punishment was needed. When i was at school, we were also not allowed to eat sugary foods. It isn't a new thing, this was back in the 90's. We had the choice of eating fruit at break time, and we could either have a healthy packed lunch or a school meal. I remember once being told off for eating Crisps at break time. Was it a bad thing? No, but I learnt from it.

Guinness World Records Names Top 50 Game Franchises Of All Time
Ultimania expressed interest in creating it so I think it is only fair for him to. Although maybe it would be good to work out how it will work before creating it.

Guinness World Records Names Top 50 Game Franchises Of All Time
It would depend on how many people would join in. With more people, less would create a clearer leader. I was basically thinking of just assigning say, 10pts for being #1 on somebodies list, 9 for #2 etc etc etc. Then it should work out right.

Guinness World Records Names Top 50 Game Franchises Of All Time
Why do we not make our own list here on VG&C? Let everybody make a top 10 game franchise list, then tally the scores into a top 50?

greatest athlete?
Indeed. He was (maybe still has some of it left) Incredibly fit and athletic. Constantly subject for forces up to 5G's, spending up to two hours in 3-4 fireproof layers of clothing in heats up to 40C, (Which for the drivers means they can be in heats of up to 50C) all while maintaining the concentration and stamina to race flat-out at up to 200Mph. That would be enough to break the necks of some people.

UK Politics Discussion
But as this picture posted earlier in the thread shows: Only Conservatve and Labour can really get in power as it is, when other parties may have people who are much more qualified. I think the benefits of Pr far outweigh the negatives.

Inflation..
The problem is, Construction has slowly been made cheaper and cheaper to train. the same is with summoning. With the buy-back, reduced shard prices and Exp weekends, summoning probably costs less than 1/5 of what it originally did. Construction now has Sc hammers and exp weekends, which can reduce the cost up to 1/4 of what it originally was. They were great deflationary methods, but they are not any more.
